At this point, I feel like Sephora is purposely messing with me...

I placed an order on Monday and it finally arrived today. ONCE AGAIN, instead of shipping me the 500 Laura Mercier Point Perk, they sent me the Clean Skin one. If it's not in stock anymore, then state it on the website, otherwise, stop sending me the wrong thing.

You can also try getting in touch with them through their Facebook page -- they're pretty good at responding to posts and private messages within a timely manner.

Aaargh!  I hope they can straighten it out for you.  500 points is a lot to part with at once; you deserve to get exactly what you ordered.

Oh man. I get slightly annoyed even getting different SAMPLES than the ones I picked out haha, but a 500 point perk?! Come on, Sephora! The least they could have done was email you and let you know they're out of stock so you could save your points.

 

I'm supposed to be getting mine on Monday - reeeeeallly hoping this won't be the case. Eek!

Ohhhh WOW, that isn't good! This isn't like a sample where they can replace with a sample is OOS, this like spending money on a particular item and receiving something completely different! Not NICE sephora!

I'd be so mad if they switched my 500 point perk for one that I didn't want!  I'm very fond of my points and can only part with them 100 at a time, so 500 going towards an unwanted set would be awful.
