Adding points after a purchase

Hello, I purchased some items without my VIB card. After asking for my email, they said that my account could not be found. They assured me that with my receipt, I could go online and have the points added. They said it could 100% be done online and I did not have to call. How do I do this?

Hi, im also wondering about this! The points system was down when I went in so they said to go online and keep the receipt but i can't find where to redeem my points! Thanks in advance
