I used to buy all my LORAC items from Sephora but then suddenly it got discountinued. Why did Sephora stop selling this brand is beyond me and i'm sure many die hard fans out there are wondering the same I really don't want to give my business else where as i do all my beauty shopping at Sephora since it is the only store that carry many unique brands from both skincare and makeup. I'm just so sad that i can't buy LORAC there anymore, and i know the rest of beauty addicts out there understands how fraustrating it is to find it in Canada! LOL  Buying it online from Nordstrom and shipping from the states is just too costly. I really hope Sephora would start selling LORAC again in the near future...or at least make it available online for us.

THANK YOU SEPHORA!!!!!! I'm so grateful for receiving and email with the extraordinary redemption's date and time a few days before the event that way everyone has an equal opportunity and you can't hide behind your "computer glitch" excuse! I called at 9am because i have yet to receive an email and the nice lady on the other end of the "VIB concierge" line ( fancy word right? makes you feel special for spending thousands of dollars yearly) informs me that they will be sending them out shortly however the UD vault was all gone....... i don't comprehend?!?!?!?!? Why are you going to send me an email that advertises something you do not have? Last time i checked consumers are protected by laws and regulations against false advertisement! I am so disappointed and upset with this company and now i can see why they have such bad ratings. I don't want any of your points that you are offering to sweep this under the rug whats the point of them anyways? Not like i can get anything other then a deluxe sample! I have pro discounts to a few companies but i chose to stay with Sephore because of the point system and for moments like this when i will be able to redeem extraordinary gifts. I can not believe the store that i once loved and obsessed over could do such a thing! Sephora has the best customer service in store and on the phone but after hearing how they pick and chose how they reward has left me furious! It is unethical and unprofessional! I requested to speak to a manager and i hope my issue gets resolved because if it does not i will go as far as i have to, to get justice and to be heard!

Hi, yesterday I contact you on your facebook about a missing item in my recent purchase. I was told I will get a gift card, but I will no longer able to purchase online. This really shock me!!! I know I made several orders during this 15% off promotion period, but that is because you only permitted to use up to 2 gift cards while my boyfriends sent me a lot of gift cards as gift but they're all in $100 amount. But I need to bought a lot for my friends, for my parents and I do not want to use money from my pocket. I really do not care about the free samples. If you think I get a lot, I can return them to you!!! Also, because I usually spent more than $1,000 on sephora, I sometimes return items because they are not suitable for me, because I found better price at other places. But I do not return every week!!! I only contact the customer service about three times, that is because I returned by mail about after about 3 months, I still didn't get my refund. And two times about the missing package or missing item, all of these are out of my control!!!   Now I can't order online, which is unreasonable for me! The store is really far away from my home and I have no car to go there very often!!!

I know that with Christmas only a couple weeks away the mail system is flooded ... But I made an order on the 25th for a present to my friend and it still hasn't processed or updated with a tracking .. I saw a lot of compliment on the pin up girl blush pallet and decided to buy one even after the sale. When I got it yesterday, I found the clutch has a heavy plastic smell and I checked and realized that the pallet is made in China. I think that explains why these colors are not existing in the individual blush? Since the individual blush are made in USA with Amazonian clay and the blush in the pallet are just solely made in China? and that's reason that it seems to be more valuable? Sephora, please confirm my thoughts and if so, I will have to return the pallet.

hey.. so i ordered again this time my order date was 11/16/2014 08:39:17 bearing Order #: 3225108073. the problem that i am facing now is the order is not showing up in my sephora account, i showed when i placed it i even got a confirmation email but now somehow it has vanished any idea what could have gone wrong this time?

Im VIB Rouge since last year but from the beginning of 2014 all sephora emails state my status as VIB ,I contacted FB team many times and every time I was told that request is send to IT team for correction but it never changed I always find about rouge promotional codes on BT when either the code has been expired or I had already placed an order....Isn't it funny that I don't get advantage of Rouge only perks even a single time...Can I expect it to be fixed any time soon or you'll also give me a false promise???

Perhaps you can help - for the past few weeks I've barely been able to post on BT, I write out long answers to posts, etc. but when I try to click the red button to post, I get an error.   It always says Please enter a valid URL.  But I'm not even posting URLs, and no outside links for sure.   Occasionally I try to link to a previous thread, say if the question is about contouring I might link to the Beauty Talk previous threads on contouring.   But really - it doesn't matter at all.  Even if my post has no URLs and nothing that could possibly be construed as a URL, I still get the error.    If I try posting a link to previous BT question, and even if I delete that part of my post, same error.   I'm using Chrome as I always do (as my browser).   Can anyone help?  Thanks.

I'm seeing that all of my reviews are showing up as anonymous, even when I am signed into my account. I know that this question has been asked before but the answers seem to have been given in pm's. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I just noticed that Sephora is listed as an exhibitor at TMS NYC 2014. Can you tell me what kinds of products you will have there? Will it be many different brands or will it be primarily the Sephora brand? Will you have cosmetics, skincare, and tools/brushes? Is there any point bringing my Sephora rouge card with me to TMS NYC 2014?
