I placed an order of a 1.2 oz Chanel Chance Eau Tendre Toilette Spray on December 2, and it was supposed to be received today. However according to UPS it was delivered today. There is no package, I was home all day. I have already checked my neighbors and nearby. I was very excited for this order because I was able to redeem a deluxe sample bag, 100 point bite lipstick sample, and three samples I was excited to try out (Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume, J'adore, Caolion Pack Duo). I am worried if this package is indeed lost, I will not receive a order equivalent to what I received. The perfume at 1.2 Oz is out of stock. I also used the promotion code for Sephora (the $20 for 50). I received VIB rogue after the 14th date November. Thank you

Hey! So I was unable to receive a $15 off of a $50 coupon. I know that when I email customer service, they told me to call Sephora, but when I called, the girl wasn't very helpful in obtaining the code for me. Is there a way for me to receive the code without any trouble at all? Thank you!

I never received my rewards email on the 2nd, and it's been 4 days now. I am a VIB, and I would like to take the chance to get my $20 off since I didn't opt in for the 20% off sale. Also, I haven't been receiving emails from sephora since the 17th of November. I checked my account and it says I am subscribed to the emails, so I don't know if sephora just hasn't been sending out emails or something went wrong and I'm not getting them anymore. Please look into this as well because I find it odd that I haven's received anything yet.
I'm newly a VIB member, I became one in a span of TWO MONTHS, I think I deserve my code!!!!! I haven't gotten it in the mail, but my sister has and she's only a beauty insider! She rarely buys anything... I'm very upset at this, I'm very loyal to Sephora....
My order was said to be delivered on Thursday, 12/1 at my front door according to OnTrac's tracking system, but I never received the package. My apartment mate was also home during the time the order was said to be delivered but it never showed. I emailed Sephora's Customer Service, but because there was no reply I ended up calling yesterday afternoon instead. The representative let me know that a lost package claim with OnTrac would take up to eight business days to complete. I was wondering how I would know when this claim is fully processed - will i be notified through email or some other method ? In addition, I am leaving my apartment for a month for winter vacation soon, so I'm feeling really anxious about what happens after the claim is filed when I am no longer at my apartment. Please help, thank you
I have an iphone 7 running ios 10.1.1. I have the sephora to go mobile app on my phone. Older versions of ios supported Passbook, my VIB card was added to passbook and it was easy to add coupons from emails (such as the 20% off sale one). Passbook has been replaced with Apple Wallet and my rewards card is no longer listed. The Sephora mobile app is on the list of apps that work with Apple Wallet and I should be able to add my rewards card as well as my sale coupon, but there is no option to. I have tried scanning the barcode from the coupon email, but it will not scan.
