Last week i bought a Make up Forever ProFinish foundation, and after carrying it around in my purse for half a day i notice it broke no other brand i have had has ever broken/cracked like that. i have the receipt and the box it came in. i did use it once, but because it cost me a pretty penny, would i be able to return it for store credit?
To 'special guest' is that directed towards my handicaps? I don't like to be treated this way. Have I been demoted? And for what reason? I think someone needs to look into my account and stop punishing me for something I couldn't have foreseen. I have done nothing wrong and it seems like discrimination especially since I cannot really defend myself in any way other than through this forum. I would like a fully trained supervisor to look through my account, exchanges in emails, and explain how I resulted in being banned from purchasing and please contact me via private message.
Hi, I noticed that sephora.ca only gives points for the US dollars spent, even though I pay in CDN dollars. I was wondering if that means the full amount I paid (before duties and taxes) does not go towards renewing my VIB rouge status, only the US equivalent amount (which is less)?

How can I fix this??? Or is this something on your end? It's been suggested before about the bugs, but this is really annoying! Please...can this get resolved? If it's my end, tell me what I can do, if it's yours then please take the steps to fix it. I love BT, but most times I have to refresh or keep reading comments to piece together what people said! An example:
My package was sent to an address I deleted from my address book 2 years ago. I should have double checked when Sephora tried to make me with a credit card I deleted a couple weeks ago, but I didn't check the shipping address because I haven't lived there for three years and never in a million years would I think my account would pull up that address. Apparently it did, and when I tracked my package I realized this error. Not only do I not live there anymore (it was my College PO Box) but the PO boxes aren't even located there anymore. There is a small chance that it might make it to my sister who goes there and has the same distinct last name that I do, but I doubt this will happen. I'm honestly in shock that this could ever happen. I really don't have anything else to say. I'm just kind of venting, sorry about that.
This is the second time it happens to me, just received my order and my deluxe sample was missing (caudalie eye cream). This is an order I made especially to get that sample, because I wanted to try the product. Just called customer service, and there is nothing they can do except give me 100 points. I spend more than 1K a year and there is nothing to be done about this? Not impressed.

I honestly never post on here, or go the extra yard to complain about customer service but I have had it with Sephora employees acting like they own the store! I am a VIB Rouge member, so It is shown that I shop at Sephora frequently. Every time I go to Sephora to return something ((Which isn't often maybe once every few months)) they made me feel like a criminal, as If I stole the product or something, even though I have my receipt and I always return products I did not end up liking in It's original package, barely used, and within a week. I honestly get scared to return something because I know the kind of attitude I always get. Today particularity I went to simply exchange a foundation I had bought three days ago, which was too dark for my complexion. I even had the foundation which I bought swatched on my skin tone by the Sephora employees which picked this color out for me. The lady at the counter was eager to help me, but as soon as I mentioned the word "Return" her attitude took a U-turn and rolled her eyes at me. I wanted to tell her why I was returning my items, but she didn't ask me a thing, nor did she offer me any help in finding items that would be right for me. She told me "you do know all these items returned go to waste right?" in such a snobby way. I simply told her I only used one application, and Iater on today I found out returned products become testers. So she obviously made a reason to make me feel bad. When the painful transaction was finally over she simply stared at me. When I looked back she said "What do you want now?". No "thank you" or "have a good day". I wish now I asked for her name but I was so eager to get out of there. They make me feel as If I'm a criminal or stole the product. I only buy things online now && even pay extra for shipping despite their being a Sephora 5 miles from my house to avoid their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
i wanted to purchase almost lipstick taste of honey 4 pack it says out of stock but then i click on the product and something pops up and says "The product you were looking for was either not found or we no longer carry it. You can try a slightly different search or use the navigation above to go to our departments" id really like to purchase this item do they sell them in stores at all?
I was upgraded to VIB ROUGE at the end of last year (December 2013) and the lady representative told me I would be a VIB ROUGE for all of 2014. I dont see my profile updated as a VIB ROUGE. Why is that?
I originally signed up for Beauty Insider online so I never got a physical card but when I went into a Sephora inside JCpenney the cashier said that my e-mail couldn't be found, so she gave me a new card and I signed up again in the store. But now my points from purchases from inside the store don't show up online. I think I would be VIB by now if they were combined. Is there any way to merge the two together???
Hello, I've been having this issue since always. I've contacted support on two occasions about this but did not get a definite answer. Under earning points it says that I suppose to get 1 point per 1 dollar spent. Some how, when shopping on Canadian site I never get 1point/dollar. Just as now, I spent C $125 (before tax) on Josie Maran Argon Oil, but got only 96 point (I had 78, and now have 174). Please don't tell me that there is nothing wrong with my points because clearly I get much less points than I should (according to 1 dollar =1 point principle). Can anyone explain what is going on with Canadian points? Why am I not getting 1 point/dollar? Thank you.
