I bought three of these Josie Maran Coconut Water Eyeshadows and love them, but I went to use them yesterday and was shocked when I opened all three of them and the sponge tip applicator in all of them had completely broken off into the shadow and now I am just left with a stick?? I can no longer use them and they weren't cheap. I have never had anything like this happen before, let alone all three at the same time, I'm wondering if the consistency of the product breaks down the applicator bond over time. Anyone else experience this!!?? Any advice??

I've tried playing the Beauty Shake-Up game twice and both times was given an error message saying something went wrong. Since we're only allowed one play a day I've been unable to try it again. This has happened on two separate devices. I haven't received any codes to my email either. Any idea what might be causing this?
My order status is unsuccessful authorization. So I checked my bank account and I found out that my purchase is pending. My money has been deducted from my available credit. It says if the merchant doesn't complete the transaction the temporary charges will be removed. What do I have to do?
I have recently become a VIB in my local store, and wanted to purchase online but it says I am not a VIB it just says I am a beauty insider with no points. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this.
I placed two orders, one was updated to 'sent to warehouse' within 1-2 hours, the other one has been 'in progress' . Does that mean it is going to be cancelled soon? ( I am wondering because i just realized one of my order placed last month has been cancelled without any notification...)
I went to Sephora a couple of days ago and purchased about $60 worth of products. The cashier scanned my card and told me my new amount of points, but online my purchase history does not show what I bought, and my points do not reflect what I bought either. Can those points please be added to my account?

I've played the "beauty shake-up" game on my computer or iPhone every day for the past 5 days and each time I get a message that "Oops, something went wrong." I'm starting to think that either this game is a gimick and isn't a real thing, or that the software just plain doesn't work. This is all very frustrating! Can someone give me some help with this? I've always loved Sephora, and have never had an issue like this! (which is part of the reason I've loved Sephora so much. Customer Service is at the top of my priorities list when it comes to where I spend my money.) Thanks!!!
I placed an order on September and it was derived to my apt on September 30th at 1:40 pm. I was at school that day and I got home late. When I got home nothing was outside. I looked everywhere and even asked my neighbors. They said they did not see anything. I thought that maybe the package was delivered at the office but that was not the case. I am thinking that maybe it was stolen.. I am extremely worried because it's not fair that I at least do not get my money back ... I called Sephora and they said they would ask the UPS and I am just wondering if someone stole my order, will I have to pay the consequences?
Hi, I would really like some step by step advice plz! Okay so I signed up to be a beauty insider online, and i went to the store the next day for first time. I went to the cashier and told her I had a beauty insider account but I just never got the card. All she asked me was for my name and age and gave me a card. I also purchased a lip balm. I went online after I came home to see how many points I earned and "my recent purchases" but the lip balm wasn't there and I received no points. So is my card not connected to my account? How do I get it to be connected to my account?
So for some reason I can't access my previous account that I made only a few days ago on here. I have been using it to correspond with another customer service issue and now, for some reason, I can't access it. It had me set this one up. Hello, I received my package about a week ago and I didn't dump out the contents and check everything until last weekend. When I did, I realized that I was missing a sample (Prada's Candy edp spray). It's clearly written on the invoice, but it wasn't anywhere to be found in the box! I don't want to make a huge fuss about it, but if something can be done to make it right, I'd be very grateful.
Hi Beauty Fam, I'm curious if anyone knows...I've tried to dig around the boards and the internet but is the Givenchy Eclat Matisimme foundation going to be discontinued? I have been lurking on the page and every few weeks, a color is gone and now every foundation says "Only A Few Left." I snagged one in my color before it completely sells out but it looks like it hasn't been restocked since I've been following it for a couple of months. Does anyone know for sure? If it is, will there be a replacement? I have been using this foundation for the last 3 years and I'm not sure if I'm ready to go on the quest to find the perfect foundation again lol! I need to return something that I purchased with the $50 Epic Rewards promo but keep getting different answers from CS online on over the phone. When I contacted CS online this was the response " Merchandise purchased using $50 Epic Rewards promo code cannot be returned in Sephora Retail locatio... " So, per the instructions I contacted the CS via the phone number but they are telling me to return in store, completely the opposite of what the email said. So, which is it? Can I return for exchange in store? I don't want to take it in to the store only to be told that they can't do it or that they can only exchange for the amount after the promo discount (the item was more than $50). The item is unused by the way. Thank you
