I didn't received my samples with packages, but there's only one sample I received is "Madam C.J. Walker humidity block curl gel".. the incorrect samples should be perfumes and eye brows product feels sad ..

I made a purchase at a Sephora inside JCP on October 9th. My points have still not been updated on my Beauty Insider account. How long does this process typically take? This purchase would qualify me for VIB so I am a bit anxious to have this squared away. I would appreciate any help! Thank you! - Sam
I purchased my beauty blender roughly 3 months ago. I started using it roughly two months ago. Today when I went to dampen it and squeeze the excess water out, the bottom busted out and now there's a huge tear in the bottom. I'm really upset about this as I haven't gotten that much use out of it. Will sephora still allow me to exchange it?
So my sephora card is linked to my account online but it doesn't show any item i've bought in stores! I've spent a lot of money and it'd be cool to get points lol. Is there any way I can fix this? Please help
It seems this is a common problem within the community, but I see in order to find a solution, you have to ask a question and in response a link is sent. So, without further ado: I have three accounts. 2 online and one in store. My beauty insider points are divided by three and I was hoping to link them all to one spot. I was also hoping to delete the old online account that I completely forgot about and just have one. Is this possible and if so please help. I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
Please help! I recently asked for help to link my online account with my beauty insider card that I got in store. I was prompted to reset my password and now it seems that my points were transferred but the accounts were not linked so anything that was purchased and points accumulated as of September 19th, 2016 are not showing in my account. Can someone help me with this issue?
I just picked up my order from the post office, and upon opening my order to check out my goodies I noticed that I did not receive my reward redemption. I was supposed to get Dr. Brandt Skincare Needles No More 3-D FillerMaskIt is on the order summary in the package and 100 points from my account was deducted but this was not in my package. I am very disappointed in this service as it is the first time I purchased via Sephora.com. Definitely not how you treat your most presidious status.
For those of you who has shopped at Sephora during these sales please help me out.. I am wondering how the VIB Sale works for the one coming in November. I know VIBs get 20% off but like does it individually apply to each product ??say i have 5 products in my basket like a primer, foundation, mascara, lipstick and a palette, will I get 20% of on each specific product like 20% off for the primer, then another 20 off the foundation, mascara, lipstick and palette or does Sephora just takes 20% off the total amount of the order??
Hi! On this website, its written that I only have 25 BI points. However, when I went shopping last week in store, my BI card showed that I had over 700 BI points. I'm actually a VIB in store, but on the website, I am a basic beauty insider. Is there a way to combine both to show how much point I really have? Thank you!
I received an Anastasia Dipbrow as a gift recently, but it's in the wrong shade and the person who gave it to me no longer has the receipt. Can I exchange for the right shade in store if it's unopened?
I've never had a problem with any sephora orders, but I got a sephora order today like the order tracker said, yet the items inside the box were not mine, nor the receipt. The person who ordered these things were actually from a city on the opposite side of the country. I was extremely disappointed and I called to find out what to do and the advisor I spoke to seemed like she did not know a clue about anything I was talking about and it took a long time to actually be helped. I sent back the package but I am wondering how long it will take to get my order. I needed it for today and did not get it.. The least that can be done is offer me a discount or something at least, because I had to use up my time on my day off at work to go and get this figured out and bring it to the post office to be sent off. I called again to see if someone else may potentially have my package or if it is even shipped out at all, and the second woman was also not very helpful. Not impressed at all... Do not want to wait another 2 weeks for my package. Edit: I ordered the Cover FX enhancing drops in moonlight, and now I see that they are sold out on the website. Does that mean that I will not be able to get it since when Sephora gets the package from me, they will not have it anymore????
I recently purchased beauty blenders solid cleanser and used it for the first time today, and to my surprise nearly half of the bar is gone now! I only cleaned 3 brushes and one beauty blender and I followed the instructions on the back. Has anyone else noticed this? In addition, little pieces of the soap are breaking off ... I'm thinking there may be something wrong with mine but how do you mess up soap?
