I was supposed to receive a NARS tinted moisturizer sample which was the one I mainly wanted and only received two perfume samples. Is it possible for me to receive it as a fourth sample a long with my next purchase and three free samples?
My partner and I are living in Ireland and trying to get products sent to my sister, who is currently living in Alaska.. we are using a credit card with an Irish address but recieved an email saying the order was cancelled. I have sent two emails and recieved no technical support. I would like to resolve this asap or we will have no option but to shop elsewhere.
They messed up on my email at the store. how can i change it to the right one or just link it to the account i have? (i made an account for the right email but i dont have my points on it) my points go to the wrong email.
I havent been spendingmoney at sephora a lot but i have over 1000 points. It says that my account will go to 12/31/13 but does that mean after then i will loose my account and all my points i have saved up?? So after it expires i no longer will have my vib account? Can someone please explain this to me because i don't understand how that is fair..I just haven't been going to sephora and spending loads of money like i used to. Thank you for helping.
I bought 2 items in store in order to renew my status, but only one item is showing in my purchase history, while my points show that I've bought 2 items. By buying these items, I spent the necessary amount to renew my VIB status, but somehow my account is not reflecting this...
I see that quite a few people have not received their VIB gift card, myself included. I've not gotten one in the mail, nor my email, and believe me, I've been keeping an eye out! What has happened? I don't want to miss out.
I ordered the UD Naked 3 palette and at first I tried to order on my phone but it wouldnt work it said my address was wrong so I went onto my computer and it worked (Turns out I messed up my zip code) but when I checked my bank statement it said my card was charged twice by sephora... is there anyway to fix that??

Hoping somebody here could help me out (i'm not sure how to find a mod to pm) but pretty much i am living in Australia and i placed a order last week which was cancelled due to them being unable to verify payment information. Placed an international call and the lady on the other end said she could fix it up for me and replace the order but she forgot to add on my benefit deluxe mini promo. Called up again and spoke to a gentleman who said he can fix that up for me. I told him as the international call was expensive (i was calling from my mobile) could he please email me when he had done so. i didnt receive any confirmation. Today i got a email saying my order had shipped WITHOUT the promo attached. I'm quite annoyed considering i've placed two international phone calls to make sure i got the deluxe minis - make up is extremely expensive in Australia and we never get samples or deluxe minis! (Cost of benefit items is pretty much double the price over here! so any free minis is like heaven! so hence why i was willing to place those international calls which is probably going to cost me $10 anyway) Additionally my friend is due to leave the USA to return home in 7 days so i wont even be able to order from sephora anymore So disappointed! Any advice anyone? I did try emailing them but haven't gotten a reply that way either.
I'm currently at 346 beauty insider points. From my understanding, VIB status is unlocked when you reach 350 points in a calendar year. All of these points were accumulated in this year (2013). My Sephora account keeps telling me I need 172 more points to reach VIB? Is anyone else having this problem? Can anyone offer any help to fix this? Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated! Thanks
I purchased a Clarisonic Mia 2 a few months ago, however, I see no need to keep it and would like to return it for store credit. Problem is, I don't have the box it came in, or the receipt. The only way I know I purchased it from Sephora is because it was listed under my "recent purchases." I still have the charger and the baby cleanser that came with it - can I still return it? Can they look up the info from the purchase and work it out? Please help! Tight on cash right now and would rather spend the store credit on things I actually need as opposed to letting 200 dollars go to waste. Thanks!

Hello Sephora! My Order was cancelled due to an error and im fine with that i was just wondering how long the refund process will take. My account says the amount is pending...Can i call me bank and cancel it or do i just wait for the amount to be refunded. I tried emailing and i got no response. Help would be awesome! Thanks =)
