Dear Sephora Customer Service, I would like to receive emails. How can I make this happen? I have the appropriate box checked in my account. Currently I only get order confirmations and shipping notices. Please help. I feel like I'm missing out on promotions and special events. Thank you
For some reason, I have three Sephora accounts, two of which I use and have points on. When I first signed up, I used my old email. Then I lost the card and the lady at the store at that time just helped me set up a new account with my new e-mail address, but I think she might have typed in the wrong email address, as I can't login to that account online. I do have the card for this account, but I can't use it for online shopping, etc.. So that makes two accounts I use, one as a beauty insider, and one as a VIB. I use my old account when I forget my card for the "new" account at home. When I recently went to Sephora, I was upgraded to VIB, and I got a VIB card for my OLD account, the one that didn't have a card. So I now have two cards/accounts, beauty insider and VIB. Is there a way for me to find out what email address is used to the beauty insider card (and change it), and possibly link it to the VIB one? I tried today to sign up with my new CORRECT email address and see if I could link that one to one of the accounts, but I couldn't. So now I'm left with two accounts with points on with one old email address, and one unknown email address, and one account with nothing on it, but with the email I want to use for my two other accounts. Could someone pretty please help me if any of that made sense? :-) I don't know any easier way to explain this chaotic mess, hehe.
Hi there, on the order I placed today there is a point difference again between the amount I spent versus the amount of points. i know CS is working on a fix for this issue with Canadian point values, but it is a pain to have to ask for every order For this to be corrected.
I tried to make a purchase with my $20 for $50 gift card today and it appears I can only enter it as a promo code, not a gift certificate because "Canadian gift certificates are not being redeemed at this time." What gives? I know in America, it's a giftcard so that another of the awesome holiday promos can be used. Is this going to change before Dec 16th?
I purchased some foundation in August that didn't match my skin at all. It has been sitting in the sephora bag in my room for months and I just completely forgot about it. Would I still be able to take it back for exchange or refund? Also it is from a Sephora in JCP but I only have a regular Sephora where I live so if I am able to take it back would it be fine to take it to a regular store? Thanks!
When I made VIB earlier last year, I received an e-mail welcoming me that came with several coupons that I could use (e.g. free shipping, 10% off, etc.). However, when I became Rouge I didn't receive anything. I even went into the store to get my physical card to see if that would trigger it, and I still didn't receive anything. I know Rouge includes shipping, but I figured we would at least get a coupon for a discount or two. Does Rouge not get a similar email?
I've seen a few people in other forums complaining about getting banned from online shopping at Sephora. I've also noticed that the mods on here are fastidious about removing links to these other forums. Since I've seen the customers' side of the story, what's Sephora's official stance on banning Rouge members from online shopping? It'd be nice to know in advance what kind of purchases can get you banned from shopping online so that other Rouge members can avoid those pitfalls. Thanks.
Sorry to post this here but I can't seem to get a response otherwise. I tried a message via FB and got no response there either so I'm assuming the PM part of the system is a big glitch. I tried to PM DianaBT about an issue and got a big red notice saying Dianabt doesn't have private messages enabled. I tried to contact her via her page, via an old email to me & via a post she made a few hours ago. None worked I think this is an error as she is a mod. I'm just trying to let someone know there is an issue. Thanks to whichever of the mods sees this & let's Diana know there is an issue.

How do I link my card with my online account? I made vib a long time ago and would like to see the points when I'm shopping online as well. Is there certain page where I have to my vib card number or something? Thank you
Hi, my Sephora order today just got cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization. Strangely I also ordered from Sephora last night and it was successful and is now in the process of being shipped. I know I have some money in my debit card so why is this happening?
Hey I have a beauty insider card that I will use everytime when I go to the store, but am not sure if it is sychronized with my online account. Is there any way that I can check this out? If not, can I link the two accounts together? Thank you very much
So I still haven't received an email with my gift card. So I called the Rouge line, and the guy I spoke with was very nice and apologetic (at least that's good), but he told me that my email address WASNT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM to receive this offer!!! What the heck?! I spend crazy amounts of money at Sephora, I dropped at least $1000 on VIB sale alone this year, and this is the service I get??!!! Really Sephora? You can't even keep your email system current and up to date??? I was told to call in when I'm ready to place the order and do it over the phone. This means I can't use my ebates account and get an additional cashback. It also means that I have to take the time out of MY work day to call and stay on hold for hell knows how long to get the stuff I already have in my cart, 2 clicks away from check out.... I am just so utterly disappointed in the level of service I get for spending this amount of money at your store ... Get your act together Sephora!! If I don't get the gift card by tomorrow morning, I will sure as hell take my business elsewhere and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from you as well!!!!
