I ordered yesterday and when I check my order today it says Unsuccessful Authorization. What should I do? All the card information is correct, but my address is the university residence that I live in, does it matter or not? DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
I just went to Sephora today and made a few purchases, the cashier was nice enough to ask for my email so that my purchase was recorded on my online beauty insider account and could earn points. Last time I had made a purchase from the same exact Sephora my purchase was immediately recorded and I earned my points for that purchase, however this time my most recent purchase was not recorded onto my account. I appreciate the help with this.
Hi, so I bought the Clarisonic Mia 3 K-Beauty set for $199 on the 23rd of November. I haven't even received my package yet and realised that the price has dropped to $140. That's a $59 price difference and I was wondering whether I could get a price adjustment on this? Or does Sephora really need me to return it and repurchase it again? Thanks!
I am having trouble with certain information listing in my Beauty Insider account page: all my in-store purchases are not showing. I can see my recent online orders, but not any from in-store activity. Because of this problem, I realized that none of my in-store purchases have earned me points or credit toward becoming a VIB Rouge. According to my account I am $448 away from VIB Rouge, but my bank account registrar says something very different. This is even more frustrating because I recently had my two existing accounts synced up. Any help in this is much appreciated.
From what I know of, Saphora does not currently ship to Thailand, correct? However I am certain that a tremendous amount are waiting for this to happen, Please ship to Bangkok, Thailand < 3<3<3 Please make it happen xxx

Hello! I placed an order at the beginning of the week and received the package today, however, the package was missing the samples I had selected. The samples were listed on the enclosed receipt, but were not included in the box. Is there any way I can receive the samples? I just received an email that one of my Sephora Black Friday orders was cancelled due to the items being OOS - the Cover FX primer set and the Sephora mask set. I placed the order at 12:04 AM so I find it hard to believe that both of those sold out in 4 minutes. Has this happened to anyone else?? Also, if you purchased the Cover FX primer set and have changed your mind please let me know! I would love to trade for it!!
I recently made a purchase at a Sephora inside JCPenney. Online it say's that points are redeemable from those locations and I have yet to see an increase in my points. I was told the girl found my Sephora card but theres been no increase in my points.

Hi, I ordered from Sephora France, but I think I did something wrong, so now I can pick my product up in the store.. I thought I ordered it so the product would be sent to me, but obviously I did not. I live en Denmark and I have absolutly no chance of picking it up. I can not contact Sephora France or the store -the phone numbers does not work on my phone, and I cannot find an email... I am so confused, any suggestions? I hope someone can help
I ordered 3 items total in one transaction but it just came 2 items. I miss my Estee lauder revitalizing supreme global. After I ordered, the item became out of stock but I was charge for it. Then I wait one week for it to be shipped. Still, I did not get it in the package. The rest of the items are awesome. Thanks
I originally made an online account but only used it to browse. I shopped in store and got a Beauty Insider Card, it never attached to the account I had made online and now that I am a VIB, I would really like to have them attached so I can also shop online. Could someone please help me attach my two accounts into one?
