May I have these corrected, please? On a related note, I added up my after-discount subtotals for the purchases I made this year: $1024.28, which should give me Rouge status. Since the system is US dollars, the "add your Rouge Welcome Kit" did not pop up. Could you please adjust my status, and tell me how can I get the kit?
So I went into Sephora today and bought Tarte Kiss & Bell Lipsurgence Lip Set for $34, but I actually saw on the stand the stand that it was $24. Could that be possible? I told the cashier that I saw it was $24 but she said it was $34. Also, I was wondering if it was possible to return a product that you have used. I want to try this lip set and see it it looks nice on me, but I'm afraid that if I don't like it then I wouldn't be able to return it. Please help.

i have an existing beauty insider card and was told i had around 500 points in it when i shopped in store this week. However when i signed up online (i used the same email address) it said i had 0 points. What happened? Should it not reflect the original points i already have? I checked some FAQs and it said that points from in store and online purchases should be able to go into that one card. Can anyone help me with this problem?

But in the preview of my account, it shows the points that I've earned and used today (whereas everywhere else it shows my previous points status).
