Online orders accumulate less points per dollar spent vs store purchases?
Why do online orders accumulate less points? Isnt each dollar spent suppose to account for one point? My orders are well over 75 dollars without taxes yet I get credited 60 something points per order

Canadian points adjustments & VIB / Rouge status
Order #3282141490, had a subtotal of $77, but I was awarded 63 points by the system. Order #3323519765, had a subtotal of $75.79, but I was awarded 64 points by the system. May I have these corrected, please?   On a related note, I added up my after-discount subtotals for the purchases I made this year: $1024.28, which should give me Rouge status. Since the system is US dollars, the "add your Rouge Welcome Kit" did not pop up. Could you please adjust my status, and tell me how can I get the kit?

Tarte Kiss & Belle Lipsurgence Lip Set? Return Policy?
So I went into Sephora today and bought Tarte Kiss & Bell Lipsurgence Lip Set for $34, but I actually saw on the stand the stand that it was $24. Could that be possible? I told the cashier that I saw it was $24 but she said it was $34.   Also, I was wondering if it was possible to return a product that you have used. I want to try this lip set and see it it looks nice on me, but I'm afraid that if I don't like it then I wouldn't be able to return it. Please help.

beauty insider card issue
i have an existing beauty insider card and was told i had around 500 points in it when i shopped in store this week. However when i signed up online (i used the same email address) it said i had 0 points. What happened? Should it not reflect the original points i already have? I checked some FAQs and it said that points from in store and online purchases should be able to go into that one card. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Missing points on account after in-store purchase?
I made an in store purchase on 12/23. I should have 48 points, but they have not appeared on my account and it says I still need to spend money to continue my VIB status. I purchased the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in Soft Brown, the Stila Stay All Day Liner pen in black, and the Sephora brow filler brush from the Sephora at my local mall. I have the receipt still; what can I do?

Purchase confirmed or not?
I confirmed my order before and it told me the Hourglass Blush Palette and the Becca Tints Kit were out of stock afterwards. It's doesn't show this order in my purchase history. But in the preview of my account, it shows the points that I've earned and used today (whereas everywhere else it shows my previous points status). Is my order valid now or do I have to reorder when the items are back in stock?

Q. damaged hourglass palette
went into sephora today to buy the hourglass light palette because i got a gift card for the holidays.  I got it home and it was shattered. I'm going to go back to sephora on Monday and return it for a new one. Returning without original packaging
My mom recently gifted me a Perfect Brow Pencil by Anastasia Beverly Hills. Out of excitement I automatically threw out the box and then realized it was not in my color at all. Is it possible to go in with the receipt and exchange it for a darker color without the original box? The pencil is not really used, just used once to try it on.
