I have an older email (and also an extra Beauty Insider card) with around 24 points and I would like to add those points to my current one. Also, I used my $25 Sephora Gift Card on an item in store and the money did not go to my points. I have the receipt. How do I fix this?
My husband purchased some items for me for Christmas from a Sephora store. He was told that since he didn't have my Sephora Insider card that I could sign into my account after Christmas and add the receipt number to get my points. How do I do this? Thanks!
I live in HI and when I tried to close out my order it made me remove the VIB Rouge exclusive nail polish color that I should have gotten for my membership renewing. It said it can not ship to HI due to hazmat restrictions. Is this correct? If so how do I go about getting it?

I was super excited to make my final purchase to get to VIB status before the end of 2014...but then my Sephora box arrived, and it was empty! I had purchased a Marc Jacobs fragrance I really wanted to use on New Year's Eve, but instead I just got an empty Sephora box. What do I do? There isn't a convenient way to report missing items online in our accounts, and because of my long work hours during the holidays, I don't have a convenient time to call customer service, especially if it involves being put on hold for awhile... I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but is there a faster way to get this resolved? I know I probably won't get my item by New Year's Eve (unless I can go into a store and sort this out there?), which is really disappointing.

I love makeup don't get me wrong, but I received a lot of gift cards to Sephora and I was wondering if I could return one or two of them for money? I was just hoping to get some clothes for Christmas, but only got sephora gift cards.... Thank you
I have been a loyal Sephora shopper for years, I love makeup and Sephora is my favorite store to shop at! But recently Sephora has been losing me. Many of the workers are disrespectful and undermining towards me due to my age (I am 16, yet almost a VIB Rouge shopper and I have spent more time and money on makeup than some adults). In addition Sephora boasts an amazing point system, but the point perks are small and a little lacking. Also the levels of VIB, though expensive and hard to obtain are not really worth it. I have experienced nothing special or been treated even slightly better on becoming a VIB, and doubt I will with VIB Rouge. Lastly I can't remember the last time I left Sephora with a free sample. Never have I been given a sample for free, just by looking around or asking questions. And only once have I been given 1 sample upon purchasing makeup, despite Sephora promising "3 free samples with every purchase". I still will continue shopping at Sephora, but I honestly am just loosing respect for this store. Sorry for the rant...
I purchased an eyeliner in store but when I got home the box was empty and didn't have the eyeliner in it so I'm guessing someone's took it out to test but didn't put it back in, will sephora give it ?
Hello, I have my 20% off sale on sale coupon, and I've been saving it for January 1 to apply towards Rouge again. I was in the Delightful December Hauls thread in Beauty Talk, and a member said that you can use that coupon sale as many times as you want. I was saving it till January 1st because it didn't say on the flyer I received in the mail that we could use it multiple times. Is it possible to still apply it to my last order? I thought I could only use it once
I feel like the umpteenth person to post an issue about my VIB account not going Rouge, but I've been waiting and waiting for it to update, but it just... won't. It's been a week and a half since I qualified, and I called about a week ago to ask why it didn't update yet. The girl said it can take up to 5 days, so I've waited ever since. My account shows I got the VIB welcome kit that day, but my account page still says VIB and I'm locked out of all the Rouge-exclusive stuff. I'd reaaaally like to get the Rouge exclusive lipstick for New Year's Eve, so I'm getting a bit impatient. If anyone here can help me, I'd be so grateful!
