Hello,   Yesterday I placed an order for the UD Naked Smoky pallet as it was half price. Sephora charged my card and after checking back online, the item now says "out of stock" Will I still receive my item or will my order get cancelled? I've never seen this happen before.   Thanks,   Codi

Order Status : Unsuccessful Authorization
Hi I'm Kathalyn, I have a problem about my order status. I think the problem is about my foreign credit card because I'm in Thailand but I'm intend to pay it by myself and ship it to my friend's house in San Jose, CA. I received an confirmation email after my order was placed and I thought everything is going well but suddenly it turns out that my order is Unsuccessful Authorization. Now if it's about my credit card issue I think I already understand the reason why. So now I'm wondering about how to refund my money back? because it was already fully charged on my credit card immediately after I placed my order. Now I'm a bit worry because I don't know what to do   by the way I paid my order by Visa   I placed an order on November 30, 2016 sent and email but no reply somebody please help me

Not able to use my reward card - VIB Rouge vs. VIB!
My beauty insider status changed from VIB to Rouge during the last week of November. I received a VIB reward card via email, which I am fine with, as I did not meet the Nov 14th cut-off for rouge reward.   My problem is that the system is not allowing me to use the VIB reward promo because my status is rouge now. I get the following error: Must be VIB and purchase a minimum of $50 of merchandise to qualify. One-time use only. Only available for Canadian clients.   Can someone please help? Thank you!

SEPHORA modified my order because it was "OUT OF STOCK"
I just received an e-mail because Sephora modified my order because it was out of stock, the item I purchase was the Alice Through the looking glass eyeshadow palette, and as of right now, I'm still able to add the item to my basket, so why am I not able to get it?  The worst part is that I used my reward coupon to make this order, now I'm being charged for my other item + tax, and receiving a refund for what I paid for the palette, but is my code going to waste? Can I get a new code? Why cant I purchase this palette even tho its still available?

Very unhappy
I originally wanted to order Nars mind game velvet lip glide set for a friend of mine. Unfortunately, you are out of stock. I spoke to 2 representatives that were completely unhelpful in helping me with my order. They did not offer to find them for me nor even check if they were in stock. I wanted to have the store ship me what I needed but this was not something that could be done.  I made a substitution and placed my order on 11/27. I received an email with my order #2347534828 and a tracking number. I tracked it and the "guaranteed delivery" date was Dec 1st. The tracking information stated that on Dec 2nd it was supposed to be out for delivery. I tried to call the vendor who should have delivered my package Dec 1st but after 10 minutes on hold I hung up. This morning, Dec 3rd, I called again and after another 15 minutes on hold I got a hold of a representative who stated that the package was just sitting in a warehouse not out to be delivered. I am very unhappy with the vendor at this point and I open my package to discover not only was the tracking information inaccurate but also I didn't receive the samples I ordered. Sephora, I am writing you in hopes we can right all this wrong. Please restore my faith in your company.

Q. Terrible VIB Rouge Customer Service?!?! Frustrated.
I am so beyond frustrated with Sephora right now, and I have never had this problem. I need to know if anyone else has!   On December 1st, 2016, I became qualified for VIB Rouge. I was super excited and accepted my welcome kit! My status under my account changed to VIB Rouge and told me I would be rouge until 12/31/16. I then spoke to my friend who is a manager at Sephora, who told me if I waited until January of 2017 I would have been Rouge that entire year AND All of 2018. So basically since I purchased a month early, I lose out on an entire year of Rouge which everyone knows is not an easy status to obtain.   My friend than began to inform me that if I call customer service, they will honor it and extend me until 2018 since it was only a month early. I was thrilled! So I called the "exclusive" Rouge hotline to speak to a customer service rep. When she answered, she was at first polite, but shortly grew impatient. I repeated my question about 6 times, and she told me that she couldn't understand what I was saying. I asked if I could speak to someone else, and she grew nasty with me. I have never hung up on a rep before, and I finally did. So I picked up the phone and called the number again. This time I have reached a completely inexperienced woman. I asked her the same question over and over that I asked the other rep. She put me on 4 holds because she didn't know the answer to anything. All I simply asked is if they could honor the extra year of VIB since it was only a month early, or if I could possibly return my items and status and wait until January to purchase. This is not the route I want to take since these are gifts for my mother. The woman finally informed me that her supervisor would not honor it. So I asked if I could speak to him. Note: I have 1 friend who does and another who does not work at Sephora, whom have both had these honored in the past. I have been on the phone for over a half hour and have barely spoken to anyone.    As I am on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor, I want to ask if this has ever happened to anyone else before? Have you guys had trouble with the customer service reps on Rouge or even the regular line giving you so much trouble and not a bit of understanding? I hope this issue can be resolved. I would hate to cut ties to Sephora since it is my favorite store, but I am just disappointed as a whole.

Help? I am Rouge, logged in, have not yet used my Reward code, and have exactly $50 in my cart but it gives me this error (code blurred below for security). Oh and I am ordering via Canadian checkout from Canada w/ Canada-based account, so that's not the issue either. Error text and email fine print both said orders must be minimum "C$50 or more" (not "for orders over C$50") so this should work. I tried adding a $1 item and then it worked. Promo was removed when I took the $1 item out of my cart. And I do not need the $1 item. Would prefer not to clutter my life up with extra stuff like that. Any assistance?  Thanks!
