I went to my local Sephora, made a purchase and handed them my PLAY pass. The register kept adding $10 to my total when he scanned it in, so the manger came over and did something to fix it. But I never got credited the extra 50 points for using the PLAY pass. The manager said that her store had been having an issue this month with the Play passes. When I look at my points history, it actually says that I redeemed points on that shopping trip, but I didn't. My actual receipt says I used my PLAY pass. That was on 8/24. What can I do to get this corrected?

Hello, When I got my VIB welcome kit, I think my card is linked to another person's email incorrectly. I also think that my email is linked to someone else's card as I can see some updates and purchases that I have never made. I also can see that there is a VIB ROUGE welcome kit redeemed on my updates, while I still have not redeemed my VIB ROUGE welcome kit so I think my email is linked incorrectly to somebody else's card.
Hi, Yesterday I placed an order so I could redeem the 500 point Kat Von D Beauty Addiction reward. Today, I got an email saying that the 500 point reward was cancelled in my order because it was "out of stock". Just now I went home and checked, and apparently it's still in stock. Why was it being cancelled then? The rest of my order wasn't cancelled so I'm still paying for it. Could a mod please add the reward back to my order? That's the whole point of me placing that order Thanks in advance!
I've looked through the threads and there doesn't appear to be a solution, rather someone who is changing it for us. This is great, but can someone explain HOW I can do it myself? My birthday is listed as September 18th and it's actually August 18th.
I seem to have two beauty insider accounts, one linked to my email and another linked to my phone number. I realized this when at one location I was asked for my email and was provided with a certain number of points accumulated and at another located I was asked for my phone number and I was told a completely different number for my points. How can I merge these two?
I bought the Benefit Cosmetics Chacha tint Cheek & Lip Stain (it was $30) today and never got my points for it. The cashier did not ask for my beauty insider card and I could not get my points for my purchase today. The cashier told me to contact customer support in order to get my missing points from today's purchase. Is there a way that I can get the points on my account? Thank you!
On July 26th, I was at the Markville Mall location (Markham, Ontario, Canada) making a purchase. They informed me that we can no longer use Apple Pay. I have used Apple Pay at this location before. I feel it is inconvenient not to accept Apple Pay if the stores are accepting Credit Card "Tap". I don't feel this is a security issue as Apple Pay requires Passcode or Fingerprint whereas, Credit Card Tap is simply "tap". I emailed Customer Service asking for an explanation and they replied back asking for details of my transaction so that "they could forward it to the appropriate contact". I provided them with this information. They then wrote back informing me that my "email has been forwarded to the appropriate contact within the Sephora stores organization". In addition, they stated" please allow 5-7 business days for a response so that the matter can be fully researched". This was July 26th. Today is August 25th. I have received no response whatsoever! What kind of Customer Service is this when you suddenly decline a customer's method of payment without providing any explanation. And when the customer complains, the company merely ignores the customer hoping they will forget about the incident. This is not the first time that I have brought forward an issue to Customer Service on the website and they don't even bother to respond. It seems I can only receive an answer if I post on this forum.
Hello, I have a beauty insider card I got in store, but when I went to check my status online, it said I did not have an account. So I created one. How can I connect my card to this online account? Thank you.
Hello! I made an order early today and just found that the status is " Unsuccessful Authorization", however the money has already been taken from my credit card. my order number is . Could anyone help me please? Thanks!
I received something from Sephora as a gift and wanted a merchandise credit for its value. I was told that there's nothing they can do without a proof of purchase. I don't know about you, but it doesn't seem right for me to have to drag the person who bought me the gift along with me in order for them to return the product for me. Sephora should fix this..I'm not asking for money back, just an exchange or credit note and I should be allowed to get that. To top it all off, I called Sephora's customer service and they said that I can return without a receipt, but the store still refuses to. Either the store or the call center should be properly informed of their return policy. Never been this disappointed by a store :/
