i don't have an acne prone skin but if i get a zit it will last forever and it's very annoying and i have no idea what to do about them... can somebody help me please...

When I get a zit, products containing glycolic acid helps to exfoliate and shrinks it. My favorites are Ole Henriksen Lemon Peel, Pixi Glow Tonic or Drunk Elephant Framboos serum. To help with dark spots, uneven skintone and breakouts, vitamin C is your best friend. Drunk Elephant vitamin C serum leaves a residue on me so I actually prefer Ole Henriksen Truth Serum or Perricone vitamin C serum instead.

ps. Also, spot treatment, Mario badescu drying cream or Kate Somerville Eradikate works wonders for my acne.

The Drunk Elephant C-Firma Serum that @sarinalove recommended is a great product! Another wonderful Vitamin C serum is the Ole Henriksen Truth Serum, from which I've personally seen a more even skin tone.
