I use the Origins Vitazing moisturizer every day instead of foundation - it gives me a perfect smoothing look without a 'foundation-y' look and it's low maintenance and doesn't make me break out. But Sephora has been out of the Vitazing for weeks now, and I'm running out! Is there another lightly tinted moisturizer that would be a good substitute? Any suggestions? I've tried Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer which I didn't care for (too sunscreen-y smell and too tinted), and Dr Jart's BB cream which looked fabulous but made me break out something awful.
I suffer from combination skin and I have yet to find the right products for me. My T-Zone is very oily, however my cheeks are dry. I have mild-moderate acne that tend to worsen with hormones and stress. I am looking for the perfect face wash, toner, moisturiser, primer, and foundation that will control the oilyness in my t-zone without drying out my cheeks, and clear up my acne. Any suggestions?
My T-Zone is the worst! Specifically, my nose. My nose is where I get all of the acne and redness (rosacea). I have prescription for those problems. I have the whole combination of skin tones-oily, dry, pores. Putting foundation (liquid and powder) works well all over my face except my nose. It usually dries and ends up looking hideously crusty! I've used the combination of foundation/lotion, liquid/powder, oil/foundation- all of no success. I just end up with foundation everywhere except my red nose. I would very much appreciate advice and product recommendations on combating this problem of mines.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good cream or serum for my mother (who is 60). Her skin is definitely showing signs of aging with wrinkles, darker spots, and light sagging. It'd be great to get advice for tried and true products! Thanks very much in advance!
Hi, I'm trying to feel more confident without foundation. I don't have acne or anything but my skin is very, very uneven.. especially compared to the skin on my neck/collarbone area. I have redness around my nose and cheeks that bothers me and also some discolored spots. I really want the skin on my face to be even or atleast look better than what it is! lol Any product recommendations would be awesome! I've been skimming through the posts about this same topic but I'm looking for some more recent suggestions
Hi Everyone! So, I have a wedding to attend this weekend. I recently went tanning a few times to get some color before. (I know it's not good) and it has caused my oil/combo skin to be a bit more dry in some places. Well here is why I need your help! I have been looking so dry on my cheeks and chin under my makeup. While my T-Zone is still on the oily side! What will help me ASAP. I started using, The Regimen Kit Combination/Oily, by Mario Badescu last night. I used a night cream moisturizer last night by this brand also called Seaweed Night Cream to help get moisture into my skin, it felt somewhat better. BUT when I put on my marc jacobs foundation and make up for ever smoothing primer this morning I felt like you could still see the dryness on my cheek and unevenness. & I am still unsure of a primer. I haven't found my HG! I have acne marks in my skin and indents on my cheeks/forehead that causes it not too look very smooth. I hope I can find some products that I will fall in love with! I need to look amazing for the wedding! Thank you in advance!
Im in high school and i still haven't found a good skincare routine. I don't mind switching products in the winter and summer because my skin does somewhat change because I have combination skin. Im looking for something i can do quickly before school and at night. Im also looking for inexpensive products. Any help would be great!!
I am only 30 and i have not shown any first signs of aging (wrinkles, sagging, bigger pores etc). The cream actually helps to control facial oil production. It moisturizes but not overly. But is it ok to keep using it when i do not have any signs of aging yet? Thank you.
I have an EXTREMELY oily forehead and t-zone area, but very dry cheeks (probably due to acne products). I feel like my current moisturizer doesnt help with the dryness of my cheeks at all, so when i wear makeup it looks flaky and gross. However, I also don't want a moisturizer that will address the flakiness but will leave my oily parts looking super shiny and oily throughout the day. Any suggestion for a moisturizer that helps with both of these problems?!
I am just wondering about certain products. I have been using the three little wonders for the past 2 years, including the pure truth youth activating, but I still need a little more boost into my complection. I have been hearing crazy good reviews about Perricone md, the blue palsma, cold plasma, and the C ester serum. I bought them recently and now I am wondering If I can be able to use them in conjunction with the Ole Henricksen. If I cant use them both, which one has more benefits because I dont want to keep perricone if its not worth the money. ANy advice will be helpful.
When my Fresh soy moisturizer ran out, I was so upset to find out that it had been discontinued. It worked so well for my combination/break-out prone skin. The weather is turning colder where I live, which is already starting to lead to dryness and breakouts for me. I'm definitely in need of a comparable replacement-- any suggestions?
I've been using an Eminence face wash for quite some time, but my current bottle is almost empty - so I'm thinking about trying something else. Does anyone have any thoughts on Omorovicza's Cleansing Foam? I know the line gets rave reviews in some circles, but I'm wondering if the Cleansing Foam is worth the $75 (Canadian). I'd love to know your experiences! Thank you.
