An excellent oil-free moisturizer without SPF is the Dr. Dennis Gross Hydra-Pure Oil-Free Moisturize with Chelating Complex. It's kind of pricey, but the ingredients are really brilliant. The first ingredient is aloe, which is anti-inflammatory. Most are almost all water or silicones. And it's loaded with antioxidants and other elements naturally found in healthy skin.
Many other oil-free moisturizers just contain waxes and other fillers that are just oil substitutes, and they can clog pores just as easily as oil can. If you don't want to try this one, you may want to look at serums that have a lighter texture but lots of good, high quality ingredients to get more bang for your buck. Hyaluronic acid and sodium PCA are good hydrating ingredients to look for.
