One of the best concealers out there is Amazing Cosmetics concealer. You only need to use pin drops and it covers up circles completely. However, if you have genetically dark circles (I do, that's for sure), something that might help is to use a Bobbi Brown corrector in the little half moon spot in the corners of your eyes, then use concealer to cover that and all the way underneath your eyes. I do that when I look really tired and it brightens the area up and makes it look like I got a full night's worth of sleep. Lining your inner rims with a flesh toned pencil like Tarte's will also help with brightening the area up.

Thanks Scene Queen for asking this question! HALL of FAMER: I have a very fair complexion with jewel tones being my best colors. Eyes are blue/grey/green.. Can you recommend specific colors to use for your Bobbi Brown, Amazing Cosmetics, and Tarte recommendations?
