Hi, I see that the NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer is currently available for purchase. However, the shade Custard appears to be missing. Are you planning on stocking it soon? Would it be available at local stores? Cheers! *Edit: It seems to be available for the Canadian site. When I try to add then switch to US site, it says cannot be shipped to the US. Very odd!
I purchased a Make Up For Ever concealer two weeks ago in store and went to return it in store today. I only used it once and it did not suit my skin. I did not have a receipt, but after reviewing the Returns and Exchanges policy for Sephora Canada I went to return it in store because the policy says that the product can be looked up in the system. When I reached the cashier, she told me that she could only do that if I provided my email or had a Beauty Insider card where my purchase history would go. This is not stated anywhere in the Returns and Exchanges policies online, and I would really appreciate it if someone could clear this up for me. The concealer was a little expensive, and I would like to know if I can still return it (maybe to a different store?) because the policy does not state that I needed to have provided my email. Looking at other people's questions along the same topic, I was not asked for ID either. Thanks.
I am moving soon and have been looking at my makeup collection. I have many powder-type makeup palettes that I am thinking of selling on ebay. The majority of them have only been swatched and then put in my vanity, where they have sat unused since I bought them. I also have many swatched colourpop eyeshadows that I don't use. Is it ok to sell lightly used eyeshadow, blush, highlighter and bronzer on ebay? Is that a no-no? I hate to just throw them away, and there really isn't anywhere to donate them locally or anyone I know who would like to have them. What do you all think?
I have red patchy skin and uneven skin tone. What are some suggestions of what I can use that won't cause my skin to break out? I have combination skin but it's slightly sensitive because some products cause breakouts. I would love to not feel like I need to wear makeup every single day to get rid of the redness and unevenness.
Posting all products that you see new on Sephora (though sometimes elsewhere as well). I will heart all posts of something new. Since the Spring collections are what is showing up, I started a new thread. I might duplicate a few items from the past thread, sorry if I don't tag those who posted, but I don't want to cross tag just to note that you posted (and thanks for posting!!!).

I bought the ABH Concealer in a pot last month, and now it's sweating and it's smells really bad, like it's gone off or something. Has anyone else had this problem? When I contacted ABH, they just said that if I don't like the smell, I should return it. So I guess it's supposed to smell like rotten eggs or something?
I was browsing the Sephora site and I don't know what happened, but suddenly I have a Canadian flag near my basket and I don't know how to get rid of it. I don't live in Canada and I'm not shipping to Canada, but the website insists that I'm in Canada. How can I change this?
I was shocked!! This girl wanted to swatch the sweet peach next to another palette but the samplers weren't next to eachother. I watched her open a brand new peach palette and swatch over 5 colors!!! I really hope she bought it!! I have intense allergies, and if someone were to swatch something I buy and have had contact with one of my allergens... I'd be in big trouble!!
hey y'all! I am trying to get into makeup more, but I have no idea what to buy. Can someone give me like 3-4 must haves that are reasonably priced? My skin is pretty oily but is clear, so I have really struggled with foundation. I just need like a crash course on makeup/several key products and how to apply them Thanks!
I did some googling and seen that Sephora does makeovers or whatever for purchases of 50 dollars or more. Is this true? I'm a late 20s MtF transwoman who wants nothing more than to see if it's actually possibly to turn my ugly man face into a somewhat decent looking ladies face before I go through the trouble of starting HRT and buying the super expensive things...
Hey guys, I had a pretty bad experience with the Tsubaki Glotion . It was nice for a few weeks, but I started breaking out after continuously using it for months, and I've never really had a breakout before. I am really into the natural dewy look. I've tried BB creams but I barely need coverage, if any at all. Do any of you have reccomendations for lotions that give you that dewy look that will last long, or super light BB creams? Thanks!
I'm a writer who has lurked around the Sephora forums for years and am always struck by how positive and engaging the community is, especially compared to so many other places on the web. I'm interested in speaking to people who have found community and connection here for a story that will be on Racked, the fashion and beauty site of Vox Media. If you'd like to learn more, send me a message or reply here! I'm friendly, I promise! I
Does anyone know why this was discontinued? For awhile it was on the Sephora site but said it couldn't be shipped to the US. I saw some in-store a few months ago but no longer AND it's not on the site anymore. I did find it on the PTR site marked down to $12 (score) but I'm wondering why it seems to be discontinued. I love that stuff.
Why is it that almost every time I step into a Sephora store, I encounter at least 2 rude employees? It's come to the point where I research what I need before going in to a store so I do not have to ask an associate for help. They always seem so disinterested in helping, and unhappy in general. I have complained twice about the same store, which is saying a lot, as I shouldn't have even had to complain once. Anyone else have these bad experiences often?
