Is the Sephora at Citrus Park Town Center (Tampa, FL) a large store with a variety of brands? If not, which location in this general area is the better store to go to? My son has a bowling tournament down in that area, and I thought I'd hit up one of the Sephoras there. TIA
When I think of Loves I think of products I've already tried and know I love. A listing of products I would want to re-order over and over. And Purchase list needs no explanation but while window shopping online I realized I would love to have a Wants list. This would be a list of products I Want to buy or try. Just a convenient spot to look at the products I want while I'm shopping in store or maybe want to go ahead and finally order after lusting for so long. Wouldn't a Want list be helpful to anyone else? Is there a way we could make that happen? Thoughts?
I hate ontrac. Hate them. Worst customer service ever and they take forever to deliver. Just FYI, they said a package would be here today and it isn't. This isn't the first time either. Please stop using Ontrac, or at least let customers know something will be sent via OnTrac. If I had to choose between Ontrac with "2 day delivery" or any other carrier with 5 day delivery, I would choose any other carrier any day of the week. Most importantly, I'd like to have the option to choose.
Hi beauties! I'm going to Toronto this weekend with my friend who has never set a foot in a sephora store. We live 8 hours north of Toronto. So with that being said, I want to bring her to the best sephora store! Could you please tell me wich store you like the best and why! (Yorkdale, Eaton center, Square one) also im not very good on highways so which store is the easiest to get to without getting lost!
Hi all, I just used the PTR unwrinkle pads, retinol fusion pm serum, and laser-free moisturizing gel cream.(They came in a kit). My face is a bit tingly so I know I definitely shouldn't use them every night. My question is two- fold. 1. Does anyone have experience, good or bad with his products and 2. How long should I give my skin time to "adjust" to the new products before deciding if the products are right for my skin?
I just realized by pump bottle (not jar) of OH Invigorating night gel has an expiration of 6 months after opening as indicated by the "open jar" logo with a "6" in it. Does anyone have experience using this product beyond 6 months? Is it safe (ie will not harm my skin) to use past the 6 months? Is it still effective(ie will I see results) past the 6 months? There is no way I'm going to finish this before the 6 months are up. THANKS!
I have been seeing mixed reviews about this product.. Some people are saying it transfers onto clothing others say it dries up in the bottle fast... But it looks like such a fun product I want it to be great haha.. Was wondering if anyone has some experience with the product that can talk me out or preferably in to buying it.
I Have been searching for the MUFE S924 eyeshadow/blush, I believe it is just called 'purple' I haven't been able to find it online anywhere, and I'm unsure if it is even carried in stores. These eyeshadows were just released so I'm very confused! I have found I922 (the electric purple one) but need S924. Where can I find it? Would it be discontinued for any reason?
I was just thinking the other day, how drastically my shopping habits have changed from 10 years ago, when there weren't really many easily accessible online resources for honest beauty reviews. I had a subscription to Allure and based a lot of decisions from that. I also had Paula Begoun's (sp?) original Cosmetics Cop book and used that as a guide, but it was never relevant for very long with companies constantly introducing new products. 5-7 years ago I used blog websites (Temptalia, M&BB, Specktra) and the occasional YouTube video to assist in my shopping. Now, I'm at a point where I flat out don't trust bloggers and YTers who are sent products for review (I believe some of them are being honest but anytime you get a remotely good product for free, of course you'll think its worth it), and I only read Allure if I'm waiting at the doctor's office. I feel like they can't be trusted either, especially when they rave over products that I know are a total bomb and have been skewered on BT, in product reviews, etc. Now I mostly use customer reviews, posts here on BT, and still check up on items through the Beautypedia. I've also found Instagram to be useful, to a degree, not only to find new items coming out and looks that incorporate things I already have, but also to see what everyone is trying to unload that isn't working for them. What methods/sites do you guys use now? Or are you one of those people who just buys all the things (in which case, thanks for your reviews and IG posts, haha)?
Often times I find myself debating between products and need some advice on what to buy. Instead of making a whole new thread every time, I thought it would be a great idea to have a thread dedicated to asking and giving advice on potential purchases. To get us started, I can't decide between the Fresh Sugar Rose Extreme, the Fresh Sugar Rose, or the Fresh Sugar Sweeties Duo. http://www.sephora.com/sugar-rose-extreme-lip-trea tment-spf-15-P393514?skuId=1684604 http://www.sephora.com/sugar-lip-treatment-spf-15- P57002?skuId=1190529 http://www.sephora.com/sugar-sweeties-mini-lip-duo -P393527?skuId=1680784
Hearts posted an awesome picture of one of her local Sephoras and it got me thinking - What does Sephora look like around the world? My store is tiny and cramped in comparison to some of the images I found via a Google search - but it's my store - it's comfy and I feel at home there, so I love it regardless. But how awesome would it be to go to one of these other stores?! Check this out (pictures posted below in thread):
OK, so I know some folks didn't have the best Sephora experience yesterday at the Rouge event. But how about we give a little bit of love, though, to the people who tried to make it a good one! I want to say my thank you's to Justin (both of them!), Ally, Val, the store director (Michelle, I think) and the lovely girl in fragrance with the awesome Deva curls (we gushed over each other) at the Burlington, MA store! I had a fun time — you made me feel welcome and appreciated! (((HUGS))) Add your fave SAs to the list!
I used my Sephora Rose face masque last night for the first time and I LOVE it. My face felt nice afterwards but this morning my skin is so smooth and just looks rehydrated I love these things! Just excited about this product and wanted to share it with someone lol!
I went to place an order earlier this evening and it says we are unable to process your order with the information provided. Please verify billing information and try again. I have never had an issue with an order before an I have made several orders prior to this. It's a Saturday night/early Sunday morning So I obviously would not get an answer if I called. I have no idea what is going on, but it is quite irritating!
I'm on the Sephora Facebook page and notice they have a Bumble and Bumble promo for FB Fan Friday. Two mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner plus a little pouch to hold it. Cute, right? Then I read some of the comments: ::record stops:: You're telling me you're "sorry that the image looks larger than what is included"? I think what Sephora meant to say was, "Sorry the image is completely different from what you're getting." This isn't a case of you getting a 1.0 oz bottle instead of a 2.0 oz bottle. This is a case of you getting two foil packets over a 2.0 oz bottle. HUGE discrepancy, highly unprofessional, unethical, and super illegal. That's like seeing a picture of a real car on craigslist and getting a Hot Wheels car instead! Just to reiterate, what Sephora is advertising is this: And what you're getting is this: Sephora is really sorry that the image seems bigger in the picture though!
I was wondering if there was any ETA on this particular item? Also, related, I saw on the MUFE website that there are several other sizes of this palette; will they also be made available at Sephora? It really bums me out that these palettes are sold exclusively at Sephora, only online, and just in the one size which is always OOS. Some good news please? http://www.sephora.com/metal-palette-P391918?skuId =1622612
Hi All, I tried a sample of Tatcha rice enzyme powder ( foil packet, it gave me two uses) and really like how my skin felt so soft and my serum absorbed in so quickly. The reviews on product page are great but here on BT, I can see some people love it while others don't like it much. Help me decide if it is worth the price tag or not. Have you tried it, why you like it or dislike it. EDIT: I just notice typo in the title of thread but I hope you know I wanted to write TATCHA not TATCHE
I know that Sephora has a rock solid return policy, but does anyone else hate seeing some of these items listed as 'online only'? Foundation/concealer/any other coverage product MUST be tested prior to purchase. I know that I have returned items that I HAVE been able to sample, because the colour turned out to be not quite right. It seems like a mega hassle to wait for blind items like this to be shipped, only to immediately have to go back in the box for a mail in return.
