I am trying to find a good place to go to for homecoming, last year I went to mac but I just want to explore and see if there are any better places such as Sephora. And also how much does it cost and does it work better to call or come in to make your appointment.
I have three beauty insider cards, as the first two broke and were replaced by sales associates, however the first card is the one linked to my account and I have points and purchase information associated with the other two cards. I've tried to get sales associates to link the cards, as well as someone on the phone support but it has been unsuccessful so far. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
I amd located in Canada and used to be able to shop sephora.com and ship items to my US address with no issues. The past few days I keep getting re-directed to the Canadian site and am unable to view items that are only available on .com. I use google chrome. Does anyone know why this is happening all of he sudden? For example, every time I try to go to http://www.sephora.com/the-nude-ist-show-lipstick- lip-liner-collection-P410665?skuId=1827476&icid2=p ... I get redirected to the Canadian "item not available" page
The following orders I placed are cancelled saying 'Unsuccessful Authorization'. The emails I sent to Sephora hasn't been replied. Can someone suggest what this error means, i'm sure i have entered correct details.
