I made a purchase today at a Sephora inside JCP. Normally, my points from my purchase populate right away when I log into my account. However, I don't see my points or my purchase showing up at all. If it so happens that an employee didn't scan my VIB card is there a way to get the points? Thank you.

For some reason, I never get notifications when someone replies to my thread, hearts my post or comment, comments to me, etc. Am I missing something? I have to manually scroll around to find posts I've contributed to to see if anyone has replied to me, and it is getting annoying!
Hi everyone. I was wondering how long a limited edition item is usually sold for? I recently saw the new Fresh Flower Power Kit and I really love it! I think it's a great kit and I want to get it as a gift for my sister since she's been dying to try Fresh. However, her birthday isn't for another two months and I'm afraid they'll stop selling it by then. How long does sephora usually sell limited edition items for? Should I just buy it now to be safe?
Anyone else having problems posting pictures? BT will not let me add photos - I've tried both the "drag photos here" and the "choose file option." Have tried it both in Explorer and Chrome and neither works. I have also noticed over the last few days that the feature that is supposed to add the image when you paste a link to an item on the Sephora site is not working. Anybody know if there is something I need to do to fix this (have already tried deleting browsing history & cookies and restarting computer) or whether there is an issue with the BT site? Thank you!
Does anyone know if Sephora will again carry the 0.5 oz of the Dermal Quench Liquid Lift? Because of issues with the pump and because I travel a lot and need travel sized products, I really liked buying it in the 0.5 oz size. But I've noticed it's recently become unavailable. Was this just left over stock from the black friday event or will that size be restocked? Thanks!
I'm new to the BT forum, but definitely not new to Sephora. I am wondering if it's possible to change my username on the web site? I tried to find a place online, but I can't find out where to make this change. Is this something I can call the VIB Rouge line for assistance with? Thanks for your help! ~Kristen
