I haven't noticed this issue before, but when I checked today to reorder a foundation I bought, it wasn't anywhere from my past purchases. So I began looking through the list and I noticed a few other items missing. I can see the items I bought within the same purchase as the missing products. Is there a way I can see my past purchases?

Hello, I purchased about $55 worth of make-up through Sephora Online. I had no problems checking out, but when I went to check my bank account it showed three identical charges from Sephora. I received one order confirmation number through my email for $55. I am aware that Sephora puts pending charges until the order is processed but I am confused to why there are two pending charges on my account. I understand that these charges will most likely disappear within a week but that is over $100 out of my account until then! Is there any way I can speed up this senseless pending charge nonsense? Help!
Hi my last two orders 5/13/16 and 5/15/16 have been unsuccessful can anyone shed some light. I'm using international credit card, this is such a disappointment as I've been ordering and collecting things to start my beauty blog. All are single items they are not even multiples of same item. I hope you guys fix it soon. The amount has been deducted from my card both the times.
I have a beauty insider card but have never made an email or account online for it... i want to buy something online and use my card but i can't figure out how to do that without making a whole new card. is there a way i can take the card number and use that on here to make an account?
I am so frustrated right now. I have tried placing 9 orders with absolutely correct shipping and billing address. I contacted my bank and they also approved the transaction. I made the first call at sephora and beauty advisor said that something is wrong in their system and they will manually add the info but nothing happened. 2nd time I called I explained whole deal again and she placed a new order for me. I keep the phone and 4 hours later again same Unsuccessful Authorization. 3rd time I called the person said I will place your order again and will see AGAIN!! I dont understand. Dont sephora want business? All my details are correct and my credit card is working fine on all other sites. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!! There is some glitch in your payment fraud security gateway. Just get my orders approved. I WILL APPRECIATE ANY HELP.

My order number is () and I have orders on April the 20th. I just checked the status of my order and it says "Unsuccessful Authorization" I don't know what's wrong with my order since it had already charged me for the items and I didn't get any cancellation emails from Sephora!!! What should I do??
For some reason, all my in store purchases have not been reflected on my online account. I'm worried that the money I've spent since the beginning of the year won't reflect on my account and I won't be able to renew my VIB Rouge status. I was calling Sephora about adding points to my Beauty Insider Card as I was never asked about being about being a Beauty Insider while at checkout. I called the number and was put on hold for 1 HOUR!!!!!! Has this happened to anybody else?

This isn't even my normal account on here. I've been trying to sign up for Sephora play for a while on my regular email and I tried my old one a few times. It still won't let me sign up on my email I use everyday that is connecting to my account here with all my points etc. Anyway I tried putting in my old email I don't really use for anything anymore and it's letting me subscribe, which I don't even understand why one email would work over the other. Especially when my regular email I put in first and obviously I live in the same place. So it's not a location thing. I guess my question is should I subscribe anyway? I just want my points (the ones you get every month when you make a purchase) to go to the right account not this one. Is there a way to change accounts once you're subscribed or when you use the card in store can you give them any email to put your points on or what? Or should I just wait? I think it's supposed to roll out officially in May anyway. I just got super exited when it let me, but I don't want to jump then gun, especially when April is halfway over.
I placed an order about 4 days ago (12/April) and the status is currently showing unsuccessful authorization although I provided full and correct information regarding the shipping address and the credit card. Please tell me what went wrong and how I can fix this as I really need the items that I ordered as soon as possible. Thank you and please reply as soon as possible.
