When we choose to follow a conversation, is there a place where all of these followed conversations are listed/stored? I have looked all over my account here, Googled, etc and can't find any info! Thanks!
I ordered the Sephora Gimme Some Lip sample pack last fall and LOVED the Buxom lip enhancer/gloss. problem is I don't know the name of the color to reorder as it is not sold anymore, anyone know what it is? it was just the perfect shade for me!!!

So my question is, if call customer service first thing Monday morning would I be able to add it to the order?
I searched the board for a way to add a signture to a post and the only answer I found was to use a macro and in the post, choose it from the drop-down menu. I didn't see a drop-down menu when I tried to post. What are macros for? And, on a related note, are we allowed to post the url of our blog in our macros? Thank you.
Hello everyone, this is my 1st post on this website. I have sensitive skin and have been using Estée Lauder verite calming fluid but unfortunately it has been discontinued. This is sooo annoying as it's the only cream that doesn't irritate my skin. I have been using the verite cream in conjunction with the calming fluid but I feel the cream on its own doesn't feel quite the same. Anyway my question is does anyone know of a similar product I can use, I've scoured the internet for ideas but have not come up with any solutions. I also wondered if Estée Lauder had rebranded the calming fluid and called it something else or maybe EL have passed the product over to Origins or some other beauty house that they also own. I would love to hear from anyone who could offer any suggestions. By the way I live in London so any suggestions would need to be available in the uk. Thank you
I ordered a Clarasonic Mia 2 in the colour Energy online last week on Friday and it arrived today - Toronto,ON. I opened the box and I find an ugly blue Mia 2 that isn't even listed for sale on sephora.com. It is not even one of the available colours to choose from so I don't even know if this is some old stock or what not. Anyway I waited a week and am very disappointed to see that I didn't get the colour I wanted because I paid extra for the colour instead of getting a plain white basic one. If the colour is in stock I should be contacted to see if I still want it or would switch for something that is in stock. Also, now I have to go to find this in stores nearby and the only Mia 2 in colour available in store that is closest to Toronto is in New York. And in order to refund I need a return form, which I did not get. The only thing that came in the box were two packing slips one had the package details and the other was return instructions. Yet to get a refund in store I need to fill out a return form apparently, which I did not get. If I don't have this return form I will only qualify for a store credit. No thank you. I would like a full refund for this and will order from Clarasonic directly.
My box to reply is showing up in the right hand on top of other elements, and there's no option for me to reply directly to other conversations. I tried refreshing the page a few times and it's still broken.
I was looking at my purchase history and I noticed my most recent purchase from January did not show up. I purchased a $60 NARS Blush palette and I didn't get the points for it. Is it possible to add points from a previous purchase?

Perhaps you can help - for the past few weeks I've barely been able to post on BT, I write out long answers to posts, etc. but when I try to click the red button to post, I get an error. It always says Please enter a valid URL. But I'm not even posting URLs, and no outside links for sure. Occasionally I try to link to a previous thread, say if the question is about contouring I might link to the Beauty Talk previous threads on contouring. But really - it doesn't matter at all. Even if my post has no URLs and nothing that could possibly be construed as a URL, I still get the error. If I try posting a link to previous BT question, and even if I delete that part of my post, same error. I'm using Chrome as I always do (as my browser). Can anyone help? Thanks.
This has happened before once, briefly, before I could PM her again. But now it's back where when i try to PM dianabt I get the error "The user dianabt does not have Private Messages enabled. Note: The invalid login names have been removed from the "Send To" list." Why does this happen, is her PM full? There is a minor not-quite but almost an issue that I would really like diana's advice on, so I would appreciate being able to PM her again. Thanks!
Okay, I have a couple of questions and I apologize for my lack of knowledge on this matter. How do I easily find threads I have subscribed to? Is there a way other than receiving emails to do this? My iPhone email has been taken over by the BeautyTalk Mailer system. (For some reason it doesn't show up when I log into the same email on my PC, but I see them when I view my email on iPhone which I check more on my phone vs PC) I know there is a way to see my activity when I click on my picture/name beside all of the threads, but is there another way to just view the threads I have 'followed'. Like, a list of just those? Or if someone has replied to a comment I have made, get a notification of that in some sort of replies list? Or am I just stuck with getting massive amounts of emails on my "follows" or going through all of my activity list? I have viewed the thread in the Welcome/Get Started area about Email notifications on how to edit what emails you get and how often; but to be honest I can't find where/what the thread is talking about. I'm seeing that all of my reviews are showing up as anonymous, even when I am signed into my account. I know that this question has been asked before but the answers seem to have been given in pm's. Any ideas on how to fix this?
So I got so excited because I saved up a whole bunch of points and got the D&G perfume from my rewards points. I wasnt expecting the full size but what i got was so disappointing! it was barely bigger than the samples they send you. for 250$ I think they could have at least sent the smaller size. Makes me not even care about the points because their "rewards" are crap. Im sorry for the rant but its been bugging me
Hello Beauty Insiders I have had my naked 2 palette for a few months now, and I don't use it often, only for special occasions. Anyways I started to notice the eyeshadows would move around if I picked up the palette and the glue was losing strength. I had put the the eyeshadow palette in my bag with nothing heavy that could cause this and the next time I used it most of the eyeshadows had fallen out.. Would they give me a new one? I don't want to take advantage of the return policy but I am missing two colors that fell out and smashed on the floor I'm not sure if it was my fault that they fell out so I don't know if they would give me a new one? Help?
