Hi, I recently visited the Sephora at the North Shore mall and was confused because I wanted to try a lotion and they said I couldn't get one unless I bought one. Isn't the point of a free sample to see if you want to buy it? I just want to know the free sample rule. Thanks for your consideration.

I would like to combine my Beauty Insider accounts. I made one in store and have the card, but when I go to sign into my account online, it only shows points for my online orders. I would like to combine these points on both accounts. Could someone please assist me?
I recently reached VIB Rouge status today (both ashamed and proud, lol). But when I made the purchase the sales associate didn't mention anything. Do I have to make another purchase to get my new card and gift? Or can I pick it up in store?
I have been trying for 2 days to submit reviews and am still unable to do so. I have been using my Sephora app and also tried using the website with same results. I can write the review, but for some reason the overall rating zeros out each time (I submit for preview or submit without previewing) and each time I get the error message: "We're sorry, but we have encountered the following issue(s): You must enter a value for Overall Rating" I'm using IPad with new IOS8 update i have tried deleting my temp files & cookies and even restarted my IPad with no resolution. Could you please assist me with this issue or let me know what I need to do? Thank you very much, Denise
I had an online account and then I went to the store a few days ago and got my Beauty Insider card. When I logged in my account today, the points from my in-store purchase were not registered, and I'm sure I provided the same email address. Is there any way to fix this?

I once was a BI then I made more purchases and I became a VIB and my account on Sephora has not updated. When I received VIB Rouge my account still says I'm a BI and I have 86 points but in reality I actually have around 1243 points. Since my account isn't updating I feel like I am missing out on the notifications on the VIB sales and other perks.
