I wanted to know what shade I was but when i came in the store they lady that helped me only gave me the fountion #53 for KatVonD lock it tattoo foundation....is there a way to still get my shade without having to come in again?
I placed an order yesterday for the VIB $20 off $50. This morning I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they couldn't confirm the payment. I've been using the same card ever since I got a Sephora account, it's never changed. Can someone tell me what happened? And will the card still get charged even though the order was cancelled? This has never happened to me before.
Hi! I made several purchases in store at a JcP over the last few months and while reviewing my account/points online I noticed that they weren't applied at all! I handed the sales rep my phone w/ my passcard and saw her scan the card/acct # but when I now review my receipt, my member # isn't even on there and the points were not applied at all. Please help!
I saw a lot of compliment on the pin up girl blush pallet and decided to buy one even after the sale. When I got it yesterday, I found the clutch has a heavy plastic smell and I checked and realized that the pallet is made in China. I think that explains why these colors are not existing in the individual blush? Since the individual blush are made in USA with Amazonian clay and the blush in the pallet are just solely made in China? and that's reason that it seems to be more valuable? Sephora, please confirm my thoughts and if so, I will have to return the pallet.
Hi, I didn't realize this until now, but all the online orders I've made this year were counted in American dollars instead of Canadian dollars. Is there any way I can get this adjusted so my year-to-spend total and points are correct? Thanks! Casey
My beauty insider points are not in my account. I've made purchases before however, i had not signed up online until now. I believe there might have been some sort of information mix up when i signed up at the store. Is there anyway to get my points into my account?
Let me just start by saying Sephora is one of my favorite places to go and we just recently got this sephora. I took my mom with me to the sephora in friendly and was instantly greeted and was asked several times if we needed assistance. There are 3 employees that I have to talk about Natalie, Lexi and Megan. These three ladies are literally the best. First off they were super friendly and very charismatic. They are all extremely skilled and very patient. My mom is very new to makeup and they sat down with her and really made sure she got all the techniques down and the right products. These ladies are the reason I became rouge in only two visits. They know what products work and which ones don't and they are totally honest about it if you have an item they don't think is up to par and they NEVER try to sell you on things you don't need. I was blown away by how amazing these three ladies were and are a huge reason why I will continue to frequent this sephora.
I just reached Rouge and called to schedule my Free Make over and was told I could only get a Free Mini Make over which was free when I was BI and VIB. I clearly see on the website it says Free Full make overs and the other one that $125 is also free for Rouge so why am I being told only a Mini make over is free for rouge? I will be super **** if I spent $1000 and I can only get Free Mini Make overs because I got those free when I was a VIB. I have read Sephora also cancels orders if you place alot of small orders using the free shipping offered to Rouge members which is *** if you ask me. Can someone clear this up for me? Are we only offered free Mini Make overs or do we get Free Full make overs also?
I have a post that had links and I had deleted all the pictures attacked when I was posting. After I clicked post, there were pictures included anyway and I really want to remove the pictures from the post. How do I do that? Thanks!
I'm very disappointed. I've ordered a couple of products on October 31th. Now it's November 23th and the order is still not dispached. I've contacted the customer support about 4 times and they are not able to tell me where my parcel is or when it will arrive in Germany. They are also not able to cancel the order and refund it. I think I don't have to say that the order is also paid since 3 weeks. Sorry this behavior is poor :-( I don't know what else I could do. Iris
I hate to say this, but I am really disappointed again. I am a VIB Rouge member which means that I can get free shipping every order. I could have separate all my orders and get three samples each time. Since I got quite a lot of products during the sale, I could have got a lot of samples. However, I was being quite eco-friendly and I ordered several of my products in one order. And what happened to me is that I got no sample in that box at all. Even though, I selected those samples and they are printed on my receipt. I hope this get solved and I can get a reasonable answer for why this is happening to me. Since I do receive another package right after this one and there are samples in that box, which means none of the sample were out of stock when Sephora people boxing this one for me.

I got an email last friday stating a delay on the orders during the sale and it also says that my order would be delivered by nov 19 but the order still haven't even ship out yet, any one having the same problem?
honestly I'm tired of sending emails to sephora with no response I just want someone to tell me why it's taken over 6 weeks for my refund to go through??? Even though it should've refunded immediately since it was cancelled by sephora !
