I purchased some stuff in Sephora in Atlanta (Lenox square mall) in November and spend around 350 dollars but I didn't add the points. I didn't know how this works. Can you help me please? Q. Get Points Back?
Hi I just registered for beautyinsider today after it was given to me 2 years ago and I noticed that I did not get points from that day I was given the card. Is that because I opened an account after all this time or because the account is not linked? I also recently made a purchase 4 days ago and was wondering if I can get points for that too? Sorry, not sure how this all works!

Private Messages Not Working
So, you've learned the hard way that your private messages do not work.  It could be a setting that is turned off.  Before contacting a mod, check the following settings.     When you log into BT, click on your avatar.  It will bring you to this screen     You want to select the underlined edit button that is to the right of about me.     Once you've clicked on it, you will be brought to this screen.     It defaults you to personal profile, but the tab just to the right of that called Preferences is where you want to go.   It defaults you to the option on the far left, Preference options.   Second from the right is the option called private messenger.  Click on it and see this.     Ensure the box telling you to turn on private messages is checked.  It should look blue.  Once you've checked it, have someone send you a test message.  You should be good to go.  If for some reason it does not work, pm a mod.

I have recently moved to a small town where the Sephora does not have the YSL foundation I am looking for, and no stores in the area carry it either. Rather than purchase the full foundation and return it if the color does not match, is there a way to order a sample?

Sephora App crashes?

sephora website not working for me
Hi everyone. The Sephora website is giving me some difficulties. I am trying to add things to my cart and it wont let me. There are also out of stock samples in my cart and when I delete them, they reappear instantly.   I tried it on my laptop, my sisters laptop, my mothers laptop, my iphone and my ipad.     Mods, someone please help! Why isn't my past purchases updated online?
My purchases have never shown on the 'past purchases' tab on my account. I was awarded VIB status today and have saved a whole bunch of points that show up when i go into the store , but my account says i only have 68 points. It's been like this forever and i finally want it to be fixed because I'm locked out of all the VIB things. Help please!
