For some reason, I never get notifications when someone replies to my thread, hearts my post or comment, comments to me, etc. Am I missing something? I have to manually scroll around to find posts I've contributed to to see if anyone has replied to me, and it is getting annoying!
Hi everyone. I was wondering how long a limited edition item is usually sold for? I recently saw the new Fresh Flower Power Kit and I really love it! I think it's a great kit and I want to get it as a gift for my sister since she's been dying to try Fresh. However, her birthday isn't for another two months and I'm afraid they'll stop selling it by then. How long does sephora usually sell limited edition items for? Should I just buy it now to be safe?
Anyone else having problems posting pictures? BT will not let me add photos - I've tried both the "drag photos here" and the "choose file option." Have tried it both in Explorer and Chrome and neither works. I have also noticed over the last few days that the feature that is supposed to add the image when you paste a link to an item on the Sephora site is not working. Anybody know if there is something I need to do to fix this (have already tried deleting browsing history & cookies and restarting computer) or whether there is an issue with the BT site? Thank you!
Does anyone know if Sephora will again carry the 0.5 oz of the Dermal Quench Liquid Lift? Because of issues with the pump and because I travel a lot and need travel sized products, I really liked buying it in the 0.5 oz size. But I've noticed it's recently become unavailable. Was this just left over stock from the black friday event or will that size be restocked? Thanks!

Does Sephora offer in Store pick up? I really hated when I checked online it said it is available in near my store. when I actually came to the store they did not have it . I wish sephora offer in store pick up . that way I don't have to wast my time to the store. Especially she they launch new products, that way I can reserve the item. Do you agree ?
Hi, I want to combine my BeautyInsider Card's points to my VIB's. I use the same email for both but it only shows the BI points online. Otherwise, it shows my VIB points when I purchase in store. Please help. Thank you!
Can someone tell me why my order will take 7 days when I'm Rouge? I placed an order yesterday morning, then I got a shipping email saying my order will be here May 13!! Are you kidding me? This is not 3 day shipping? I sent an email yesterday but no response. I'm hoping someone here can help me? I'm about done with ordering, there never seems to be any special perks for rouge members. I cannot remember the last one the beauty bag of foils at the rouge event? My order should be here by Friday, I'm in California, my order doesn't have any items that would require it to take longer, like hairspray, nail polish etc...
