I just received an e-mail because Sephora modified my order because it was out of stock, the item I purchase was the Alice Through the looking glass eyeshadow palette, and as of right now, I'm still able to add the item to my basket, so why am I not able to get it? The worst part is that I used my reward coupon to make this order, now I'm being charged for my other item + tax, and receiving a refund for what I paid for the palette, but is my code going to waste? Can I get a new code? Why cant I purchase this palette even tho its still available?
I've been a member for years now, but I didn't get the Beauty Insider's $15 off $50 code this year or the last. Not sure why, because I still do receive emails from sephora once in a while. Really would love to get that code this year!
Is it possible to buy something over the phone at a specific Sephora store and have them ship it to me? There's a store about 50 miles from where I live and they're the closest store that still has the Master palette since everywhere else is out of stock, and I just don't have the time to take the drive to get it between full-time school and work. I know you can order over the phone with customer service, but would buying over the phone at a specific store and having them ship it to me be a possibility?

I just got upgraded to the VIB card and as I log in into my account, it says I'm just a beauty insider, with 0 points, but I have the VIB card and have made several purchases! I think an employee at sephora wrote down the wrong email. Could someone please help me?
I place several orders last weekend during the VIB Sale, all orders has shipped out and confirmed by email, but there's one order that has "in progress" status, there's something wrong ?? or is just a delay on that order? is one of my first orders on 11/11, I don´t understand why even my yesterday's order has shipped out and one of the first don't. I recently placed an order during VIB sale and received the package today, and one item is missing from the package. The enclosed receipt has the item listed on it, but it is missing from the package. What do I do now?
I placed an online order on November 10 and included my choices of three samples. I just received the order today, but there were no samples in the package. One of the reasons why I ordered from Sephora online is because of the provided samples. I even purchased the flash shipping subscription thinking that I would use Sephora often. I'm not sure why that part of my order was ignored. Does anyone else have this issue recently?
I just recently linked two accounts together and on one account (my online) I had spent 366$ this year, and the second account (in stores) I have spent 200$ +, but only 158$ this year. Once combined, I should qualify for VIB status, but instead they completely erased my online purchase history and kept the in stores one, making me a Beauty Insider only. However, I know for a fact that I spent 350$ and more this years because I still have the bills to prove it. I want to make an online purchase now and I want to apply the 20% discount but it still says I don't qualify. HELP! What should I do? I tried calling Sephora Canada, but they were of no help and did not understand what I meant when I said one account history was lost so obviously my purchases don't show.
