I've been told repeatedly that members are unable to send me PMs. Is there anyway to fix this? I called the 800# and was told they can not trouble shoot BT over the phone. Can someone please help? Thanks
Is there are way to go to the newest entries on a thread? Right now I see there are new responses, I click on a thread and have to scroll to find the new response. Is there a way to automatically go to the newest response? Thanx
I would like to combine my Beauty Insider accounts. I made one in store and have the card, but when I go to sign into my account online, it only shows points for my online orders. I would like to combine these points on both accounts. Could someone please assist me?
I have been trying for 2 days to submit reviews and am still unable to do so. I have been using my Sephora app and also tried using the website with same results. I can write the review, but for some reason the overall rating zeros out each time (I submit for preview or submit without previewing) and each time I get the error message: "We're sorry, but we have encountered the following issue(s): You must enter a value for Overall Rating" I'm using IPad with new IOS8 update i have tried deleting my temp files & cookies and even restarted my IPad with no resolution. Could you please assist me with this issue or let me know what I need to do? Thank you very much, Denise
I had an online account and then I went to the store a few days ago and got my Beauty Insider card. When I logged in my account today, the points from my in-store purchase were not registered, and I'm sure I provided the same email address. Is there any way to fix this?

I once was a BI then I made more purchases and I became a VIB and my account on Sephora has not updated. When I received VIB Rouge my account still says I'm a BI and I have 86 points but in reality I actually have around 1243 points. Since my account isn't updating I feel like I am missing out on the notifications on the VIB sales and other perks.
I have the mobile sephora app and I'd love for the beauty talk to be available. The beauty board is prominent however you have to go to the full site to access BT. I would the full site on mobile is a bit clunky and I'd love to access BT from the app. I like the discussions here and I'd like to keep up with it when I'm only on my phone. I would rather have BT than the glossy or even the beauty board.
I regularly get emails letting me know about in store events in Toronto (a 6 hour drive away) when I have a Sephora a 5 minute walk away from my home in Montréal. My local store has events all the time which I never receive emails about and are never posted on their online calendar (I don't think they use it at all). The only way that I happen to hear about my local events is if I chat up a cast member in store. Am I on the wrong mailing list? Is this normal? How do you lovelies find out about your local store events?
