Hello! Earlier in the week, a Beauty Insider, Mia, helped me combined my two accounts (email/online and physical BI card), however when that happened I had to build my account from the start again and I lost contact with her due to getting a new account. Now with the two accounts combined, she told me I was 23 points away from reaching VIB status, and to let her know whenever I spent my remaining points before 12/31 so she could upgrade my status. I've recently purchased a few items at Sephora, surpassing 23 points; I would really appreciate it if you can upgrade my status to VIB. Thank you!
Hey all, quick question. I have an android tablet, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to log into BT on it. When I try it takes me to the log in page, I put in my info and hit enter, and then it just reloads the main BT page without me being logged in. I tried searching the forum for advice and found one thread from sometime earlier this year that suggested clearing my browser cache might help, but that didn't have any effect. Unfortunately, this means I don't reply to anything in the evenings or weekends because I rarely drag my laptop out (the tablet is just so much more convenient.) I can't be the only person on BT with an android, has anyone else had this problem?
I love that Sephora gives free samples. The free sample are a great marketing tool for them and a great perk for me! I have made so many fragrance purchases from those perfume samples and my friends and family have benefited from it too. My best friend is always waiting for the samples that I don't like. I went into Neiman Marcus(I hope it's ok to say that) the other day and asked for fragrance samples and they didn't have any. I did get a free eye cream sample and a face cream sample in a beautiful black glass jars from the Lancôme counter tho. But I am a dedicated Sephora shopper I like to shop online anD and I started using Lancôme Visionaries bc of a sample I got from Sephora and I am still using one that I got from my Points.
I have the Clarisonic Mia 2, but I just got it and I'm wanting to return it and purchase the Clarisonic Josie Maran Aria set. Sadly, the Aria set is Limited Edition how much longer will it be available?
Wow, what a nightmare I had today at the Pacific Centre store. If you have been following this thread, you know I spoke with VIB customer service as I had yet to recieve my $20GC with purchase email. She told me no problem, just bring my Sephora card to the store and I will get the credit when I pay. They will be able to look it up, they promised. After spending 2 hours carefully picking out my items I went to cash and presented my card. I even had my provincial ID handy in case there were any problems. The cashier could not find me by using my card in the system and asked me repeatedly (i am talking 5 times) for my email address. I am considered a clear speaker. I even wrote it down for her. I told them about confirming with the VIB line and was told again (by a manager maybe?) That they couldn't find me in the system and how long had I been a VIB? I told her at least since 2009. I even showed her on my iphone that I had VIB status. She then phoned the VIB line and they told me I had to make an online order. I said that was not acceptable as I wanted to wear the lipgloss I had chosen at a special event that night. She said she was soooo sorry but that was the only thing I could do. I told her I did not want to have to pay for shipping and was told i would have to! Finally the one who I think is the manager said she would give me a customer concession of $20 off my purchase. Why she did not do this in the first place I do not know. But I thanked her for her kindness. She then explained that only certain VIB members get sent the GC email! Only the ones they care about? I got home and found out the SA had given me a gold eyeshadow when I wanted plum! I dread going back to the store. I am on my way now and i really hope they put the right one on hold as I asked.
Sorry to post this here but I can't seem to get a response otherwise. I tried a message via FB and got no response there either so I'm assuming the PM part of the system is a big glitch. I tried to PM DianaBT about an issue and got a big red notice saying Dianabt doesn't have private messages enabled. I tried to contact her via her page, via an old email to me & via a post she made a few hours ago. None worked I think this is an error as she is a mod. I'm just trying to let someone know there is an issue. Thanks to whichever of the mods sees this & let's Diana know there is an issue.
Has anyone else had issues with the Nest perfume bottle leaking? I got the 1.7 of Midnight Fleur and the first day I used it the letters came off the bottle and now the top of the spary is leaking. I'm really dissapointed too, I got this during the sale and had tried it out beforehand as a sample- I ordered it online- can I still take it in store to exchange? Or do I need to send it back in.
Hey! So I tried this awesome product in store and wanted to buy it online but I forgot the name. I asked for a moisturizer that fights acne simultaneously and helps with the dryness on my face. I also told her that I had a naturally oily face. The associate directed me to a large bottle with a price ranging from $45-$50. Do you have any suggestions to what it could have been?
Hi guys - I did a search but couldn't find this. I seem to only be able to access my subscriptions to BT when I click through an email. Click as I might, I can't find an actual link on BT, on my profile, etc. Also - bookmarks, same thing. I know there must be a way, probably right in front of me, but I can't find it. Can you help? I am not sure if they linked. The sales told my today my card has about 200 somthing points in it, but my online account shows I have 495 points. How can I link the card and my account together? Thank you.
Hi. Does anyone know how to schedule a makeover at the Sephora in JC Penny in Carlsbad? When I call the listed number, 760-729-7991, and press 6 for Sephora, it just keeps ringing, says the party is not available, and doesn't leave an option for leaving a message. Yesterday, I spent $55 at my local Sephora, and the clerk gave me a beautyinsider card with the purchase on it, in case I decided to sign up, because I told her I didn't have an account. Today, I went online to sign up and it turns out I already have an account. Is there any way to add the points on my card to my existing Beauty Insider account?
So at Sephora my Skin IQ turned out to be 5Y06. Is that light/medium/tan/olive skin? Cold or warm undertones? What colors should I wear? I am so confused Also I am Asian with hazel eyes and my favorite colors to wear (that look good on me) are olive brown and beige and dark blue
When I log into my Sephora account, where do I need to go to get into beautytalk? I always have to google search 'sephora beautytalk' to find the beautytalk forums becuase I can't for the life of me figure out how to get here through my sephora account ps: I am a VIB member and at the top, it says VIB status with my points but no tab for beauty talk forum
I'm super bummed that some BI can use the VIB codes but others can't :/? I've been a long time BI but for some reason I haven't been upgraded to VIB because my account seems to not collect the history of purchases I made with Sephora for the past few years... If anyone can share me a code that would make my day!
