I am 44 yrs. old and really need help figuring out how I can apply a face primer and foundation. Ive watched so many videos but I'm not sure what to use. i have a few brown spots on my forehead and would love to see them disappear. Any ideas where to start?

I signed up for a beauty imsider online and i was wondering Will i ever get the card? If yes will i get it when i purchase something online or in store? Also is it diffrent if i register for the beauty insider online and in store?
I recently made a purchase at Sephora and I gave the cashier my beauty card, but I never recieved the points for my products. She mentioned that all of my information was incorrect on my Beauty Insider account, so she claimed to fix it. I don't doubt she did just that, but I am a little confused as to why I didn't receive my points for that purchase? Is it possible that I still can? Thank you, Kimberly
Hi! I've had this account since 2013 and had a BI card (that was stolen a while back) and with my birthday on Monday, I wanted to create a BI account but it keeps telling me "Create BI account failed". Can anyone help me?
I received my order today, and none of the samples, including the deluxe sample (Sunday Riley Luna Oil), came with the order. The only thing I received with my order is the post card-sized one-time use sample of the Tom Ford Noir fragrance, but nothing else. To give a bit of a background, I have received numerous orders in the past that came with no samples (not substitutions, just plain old nothing!), so I had to take my time to complain a few times so that they can be rectified. I was told at the time that a "special team" was assigned to pack my order, and a good number of orders since then have come in perfectly.. until today. I called the rouge concierge line a few minutes ago, and while Travis was certainly sympathetic, he wasn't able to offer anything. He added that he couldn't offer any points either, because I wasn't allowed to have points added in manually.. which he said has to do with the previous complaints about the same issue and the compensatory 50-100 points that were added a few times. Seriously? So... what I'm told is that for the mistakes that Sephora has made and for my time and effort to make sure that I receive my items as I ordered I'm supposed to just sit back and get gypped? I'd very much like to have a mod reach out to me to correct this matter. Thank you.
Over the weekend there was the glitch affecting the Canadian website, and it's fixed now but it appears the ABH Shadow Couture palette is "not carried" anymore? I know it was limited edition, but I checked on the American Sephora website and it's still available there, wondering if this is another glitch?
Hi! I went into sephora the other day I was looking for a new foundation and eyebrow products. When I arrived I was wandered around for about 20 minutes and not one employee approached me. I stood there and waited for someone, and tried to approach someone, only for them to look at me and turn around a walk into the back room. I got fed up and just grabbed my two products and tried to get out as soon as possible. When I got home I noticed I had grabbed the wrong shade of eyebrow pomade from Anastasia. It was directly behind my desired shade and because I was so frustrated I didn't bother to check. Because I live 2 hours away from the nearest sephora, is there any other way I can return this product?
I received a gift card for my birthday in June, ordered online, and wasn't able to make it to a Sephora to return the item--so I figured it would be easiest and fastest to just mail it back. I had never used this method before, but I have with Nordstrom and it was extremely fast. I watched USPS Delivery Confirmation for the item and it said "Delivered, To Agent" in JOPPA, MD on July 16th. So I thought, ok, a few more business days and I'm sure I'll get confirmation on this. I didn't. So I use the Contact Us form to let them know....no reply. I use the Contact Us form again. Still no reply. So I call on July 26th and the woman said it could take another couple of weeks to even receive the email confirming that the refund took place. I asked if I would get any confirmation that the process will even begin, and she said no, that I would just receive notification once it actually happens. So.....basically I just sit here and wait.....it's now August 12th, and every time I check my email it's just about new products and never anything to do with either of my submitted questions on the Contact Us forms. Who would ever return by mail when this is what happens? I could have gone into the store and gotten the refund immediately (or the store credit since it was a gift card) Very disappointed in this return-by-mail aspect, and mostly the lack of communication. I wouldn't mind waiting if there was some kind of confirmation that my returned item was received and that it was at least in process. I usually am very patient and understanding with company policies, and I've had wonderful in-store Sephora experiences....but this is pretty outrageous for a return to take a month and I do not recommend returning by mail.
Hi, I went to make an online order online, and i clicked confirm to allow the order to process, but instead i had an error report saying my billing information was incorrect, so I went through it again, and confirmed and it said the same thing, so I just gave up after a couple tries. Then later on; I look at my online banking and it said Sephora had recieves two shipment orders from me. I have recieved no email of conformation, no order confirmation on the website and have spent too much money, I find this upsetting and would like a refund on one of the orders.
I placed an order with my credit card last night, aug.12/2015 and I went through fine but this morning I checked the status and it came up as unsuccessful authorization. It's gone through on my credit card as well. What happened with my order? And will I be refunded my money?
We used to be able to use the youtube/video button to the right of the photo button on the toolbar located on the top of the text box, but for the last few months it constantly says invalid link. Is this ever going to be fixed or is it no longer a usable feature?
Hello! I still haven't received my package ordered on July 29th!! UPS says my package is delayed due to an unforeseen situation. I have been waiting for several days but there isn't the latest tracking information anymore. What can I do now? Please help!
I set up an account and made a nickname. But my BI card was not linked and customer service helped me with that but when I tried to log back in to check my messages it said that I had to reset my password and my nickname wasn't linked to my account so I had to create a new one. And now I can't view any of my messages from that nickname but they are both linked to my email so I keep getting emails saying I have messages and I can't check them. Also my beauty points weren't transferred from my last purchase even though I gave them my email. I'm going to be really upset if this is going to happen every time I purchase something.
I have two beauty insider cards, I am currently only using the VIB one but there are still points in the other account that I would like to transfer to my current account. Additionally, for some reason the people in the store can't change you account birthday but it won't let me change it and I've even attached it to my facebook page. Can anyone help me out???
