My purchases do not appear on my history nor did i receive my points
I purchase 3 items yesterday and they do not appear in my history nor did I receive my points. I notice this because today I return the Nars lippie... what should I do? usually my VIB card simultaneously updates itself in my passbook, seconds after I complete a transaction. I really want my points for the other 2 items I bought. Is it because I paid with cash this time and not my credit card?
