I AM NOT GETTING ANY POINTS

On 06/11/17 I bought the Ciate Dewy Stix and I am not getting any points for it. I went into the "My Points and Status" and it did not say anything about me purchasing that item (it only showed my previous purchase from a while back). 

 

Is there a way that the person who checked me out messed up and gave my points to someone else instead of me? Because they asked me if I wanna used my points since I have over 100.. Which really confused me because I didn't have that many points but I didn't think much about it.
