For the 3x the points on fragrances, are any fragrances excluded & if I have 0 points will a $150 fragrance purchase make me a VIB?

All fragrances are included in the promotion and should have a banner on the product page to confirm. Additionally, your Beauty Insider status is not determined by the number of your points you have. Your status is determined by your Year-to-Date spend. Sorry for any confusion!
