I actually requested that idea be implemented.  I hope this does happen because it would be great to have an online chat with a beauty expert.

Hi questionsquest. Not at this time, but the idea has definitely been brought up. I'll be sure to pass along your request. In the meantime, get advice from a Sephora Expert by:

- Posting your question to the Ask the Experts category (a response will be posted usually within the same day)

- Calling 1-877-SEPHORA and selecting option 2 for a beauty consultation by phone

- Working with a Castmember at a Sephora store

That would be a really great feature to have on this site!  I hope Sephora decides to implement that in the near future!
