I thought it would be a great idea to have a Sephora Online Expert that you can talk to between certain hours.  Like you know how some websites have techinical support that you can talk to online between 9-5pm and stuff.  It would be great if Sephora can come out with something like that on their website.  I noticed they came out with a section "Ask the Experts", which is great.

 

But talking to someone live...would be great.  I hope someone in the Sephora department could recommend this.

Awesome idea! I know MAC has that on their website - and I love using it! They give tips on what colors would look good on you, about certain collections, and general product info. If Sephora did that I would FREAK OUT WITH HAPPINESS!
