My mom had a bunch of points on her card (we shared the card, i used it more often). It faded significantly and eventually broke in half so i was issued another card using my email address but the girl said she would transfer the points over to my account. She said she needed to call it in and to check my account over the next few days, which i forgot to. Anyway, with my mom's card I'm pretty sure that over the years we've accumulated over 300 points bec I made tons of purchases and would always be offered the free samples at the counter but always said no in order to save them. I don't know what happened. I ended buying the "Naked Palette" a couple months ago and didn't bring my sephora card, so i gave them my email address. Suprisingly they said my email address wasn't in the system? So they had to register me again. And now I don't know what happened to my mom's account. Her and I just logged into her account and apparently she is not even a beauty insider member?! how is this possible, and what happened to all the points we accumulated with that card?
