Happy New Year.   I received my sale packages from Sephora and Charming Charlie. Purchased Some Korean Face Masks from my local Korean store today. With Skin care 2x, 3x points promo in Jan hoping i will buy some skin care products. Now I want to see all your hauls
I'm planning on starting a beauty tutorial youtube channel. I know that there are a million of them out there already, so I would love to have all of your opinions and input on what you would like to learn/see!! Please list ANYTHING you would like to learn and what you think YouTube is lacking when it comes to beauty/skincare tutorials!!
My old skin care routine was not helping me with any of my skin problems. I think I am combination skin. My skin is normally dry in certain spots, but a few spots tend to be a bit oilier. I also have quite a bit of redness. My skin is also sensitive. Since my old skincare routine was not helping I decided to go into Sephora to change it up.   When I did end up going I purchased the following:   GlamGlow- Thirstycleanse Daily Treatment Cleanser Lancôme- Eau Fraiche Douceur Sephora- express cleansing and exfoliating wipes Sephora- instant moisturizer First Aid- ultra repair cream   For the first night I used Lancôme, Glamglow, and first aid ultra repair cream (in that order). I then used lancome and the Sephora moisturizer in the morning, everything seemed to be fine so far.   The second night I did the same routine as the night before, but also used an exfoliating wipe, the next morning I did the same as the morning before, but noticed a bit of a burning sensation but thought nothing of it. Then the next night did the same routine as the first night still feeling the burning sensation, but still thought nothing of it.  I then woke up the next morning using the same morning routine and realized there were dry patches in places that I don't normally have dry patches, and my face was burning again. I put on makeup, and my skin burned for the rest of the day.   Thinking that it could possibly be the Lancôme product I did not use it at night or in the morning, the burning has gone away, but my skin is still really dry and is quite noticeable with make up and the dryness has spread to larger areas of my face. BTW I am still using the Glamglow product and the First aid ultra repair cream.   Sorry for the long explanation, but I am hoping with details someone will be able to help me out.   Now, my question is how can I tell which product caused this irritation to occur now that it will take a bit for my skin to heal itself? Does anyone has similar skin (or have had similar problems with any of these products) that could make recommendations for which products I should be using instead of the ones I have listed above.   Any advice will be great, thanks!
I love seeing other peoples empties! So I decided to make a board where people could post pictures of their empties, or just tell us about them! I'd also be interested in knowing whether you're repurchasing anything or not.
Hi everyone,    Since there are many LE items or discontinued items that we search for, I wanted to know if there is any interest in maintaining a thread to post any unicorns we stumble upon and list where it can be found so others can try to find these items that they are looking for. I thought this might be useful as I found a few items on my trip and also found it extremely helpful when a fellow BT member posted about the availability of Tom Ford's Nude Dip on Selfridges a couple of months ago so that a few of us could finally order this LE item.  I also thought that if there are LE items that people are looking for, they could PM me and I could add it to the main thread so that others would know what others may be looking for. I could update the Found Unicorns on the main post weekly. Looking for your thoughts, suggestions? This would be strictly for limited edition items and discontinued items. Please include location, date found, and price if it is selling for less or more than regular retail price. Thanks in advance!   Wanted Unicorns: Tom Ford Burnished Amber, Enchanted, Violet Dusk Eyeshadow Quads (KateLovesYSL)   MAC Proenza Schouler Ocean City Coral blush ( Mochapj, notcreative)   Paul and Joe cat shaped lipstick (Knuevekm)   Tom Ford Blush Guilt Illuminating Cheek colour (sdbeautyjunkie1)   Tom Ford Lips & Boys in Stavros (minibux)   Chanel Ombre Contraste Sculpting Veil in Notorious (minibux,KateLovesYSL)   Tom Ford She Wolf (lipstick4soul)   Tom Ford Blush in Narcissist (KateLovesYSL)   Unicorn Sightings:    Tom Ford Nude Dip eyeshadow quad: available at Selfridges online. So, I was thinking we should start a list of known store events. This will be a list not just for Rouge events, but for any in store brand events, free gift promos, point promos, discount days, etc. Some events are nation wide and in Canada, some are only in certain markets. The main way I check for events is by using the store finder link and entering different zipcodes around me and by asking about any intel whenever I'm in store. Let's pool our intel! Please post anything you know or heard about below and I'll add it to the list.   UPCOMING EVENTS   NATIONWIDE - US   Dec 6-7 @ SiJCP -  Urban Decay Event, free FULL SIZE (1.18oz) Naked Skin Illuminating Beauty Balm with any UD purchase!       Local Events   Los Angeles, CA   San Fransico, CA       Santa Monica, CA   Events in Canada   Eaton Centre   Yorkdale    Rideau Centre, Ottawa

Any ideas on what it could be? If it's a Bite Beauty product I am going to be sad I will have to wait until next October!
They didnt ask me for a beauty card, i guess they forgot but i made a purchase and need to add points to my account.
Today I came home and was super excited to have 8 Sephora boxes to open up even though most were gifts for my family and friends. I had purchased a few of  the Ocos Locos 2, Feminine Palettes, Philosophy make up removers , etc from the recent sale   First of all, I noticed that instead of receiving the Sephora gift bag like I requested, all 8 orders were in big gift boxes.   Then, after opening all of my packages, I was missing 10 samples in total. All of the ones that I was supposed to get the Kate Sommerville exfloiant were missing. I know that they are allowed to substitute samples, which they did for some, but I was still missing 10 !   To make matters worse, I was missing 2 of the Clinique Smart serums that I was supposed to get for using the SMART promo code.    I'm not impressed at all with the warehouse! Can someone please tell me what is going on with the warehouses?
Looking for med coverage foundation for dry skin that is long wearing and looks natural. Any recommendations?!
I spent 50$ online with a giftcard. Am i now entitled to a free full face makeover at a sephora store?
Can someone please help me connect my Beauty Insider card to my acount? Thank you
hey my lil muffins! its skye, and just a quickie im going to sephora in a bit and i dont know what type of anastasia brow stuff to get?
With my makeup collection growing i need a new way to store it. I have a flat orgaznier atm but its not the greatest. Ive noticed some of you girls have layered ones, which i just love.   I have been checking winners, i worked there for 4 years and always saw nice ones but of course now that im not there anymore, and need one theres none that are nice or are kinda sad and not for what i need     So! Canadian girls on here i gotta ask.   Where would you recommend is the best place to get a good one for the best price??
I've noticed this before but just ignored it because I thought my account would automatically update but when I went onto my account today to check if my points have been updated because I made a purchase today using my Beauty Insider card, it hasn't updated. It's weird because when I use my email to make a purchase at the counter, my points are automatically updated, but when I give my Beauty Insider card, they aren't updated. Anyone know how I can update this? I would really like my points, thanks.
I just signed up for an online sephora account, but I have an existing beauty insider that i signed up for in store that i know has points on it. i have no idea how to link the two, and i don't want to lose my points. How can i link my card to my new online account!? please help
I'm wondering if this happened to anyone else.. At last night's event the girl at the register next to me was trying to buy multiples of several items. The cashier told her that there was a limit of 3 per item, per customer. The girl's English was almost nonexistent because she just kept giving a blank stare and asking "how much?" so the cashier finally told her that she would just do multiple separate transactions so she could buy all of the items. I don't know what she was buying, and she very well might have been purchasing the same item for her nine sisters back home, but it made me wonder -- why even put these policies in place if no one is sticking to them?   Every time I check the sephorahaul tag on Instagram it's flooded with people selling Sephora and Ulta exclusives overseas through their accounts. I don't begrudge anyone for trying to make a living however they can but it is annoying to see tons of the Too Faced melted lipstick sets for sale on there when they're sold out online and in stores.   I also saw massive amounts of girls writing to Sephora's FB page about their accounts being locked and accused of being resellers -- an inordinate amount, it seems. Just wondering if anyone else has seen any of this stuff going on?
I made my first in store purchase a few days ago, and set up my Beauty Insider account before checking out. But my rewards/points are not showing on my online account. How can I link my beauty insder card to my online account? i spent $350 so I would really like to get my points for this purchase
Hey all! I wanted some recommendations on a good under eye cream specifically for dark circles. I don't mind a cream that also works in combination to improve lines and wrinkles, although I am only 19 years old it's never too early to start right! I am also researching for an eye makeup remover that will do the trick with only some patting. I have tried endless amount of drugstore eye makeup removers and all of them require rubbing to remove all the mascara. Therefore, it is time to try a high end one that'll do the job!
So after Last Nights Purchase I'm cutting off. (Need To! HAHA) Also, Im starting a 60 day workout plan (Insanity Max:30). Im excited. So to behave and have control im gonna stop shopping and spending untill I complete the 60 days! Itll be a good reward if i make really good progress People can join me on this too if yall like!   Just thought i'd share
does anyone have an idea when the LTD Vice Palette will return to Sephora ??? I really want to snag this with my 25$ off .
With all the new products out there I thought it would be neat to share some mini-reviews as well as some swatches! Apologies for the swatch quality--it's not the best but I think it's pretty true to color   First up is Dior's new Cheek and Lip Glow! I like this a lot, especially for the cheeks. It is a jellied pink color, luminous and brightening. The smell is a bit weird, like minty chemicals. The packaging is gorgeous--it looks like a mini nail polish. The applicator is a cool round ball that I like for the cheeks but is a bit hard to apply on the lips.        Second is Charlotte Tilbury's Filmstars on the Go in All About Eve. I am a bit obsessed with CT, so keep that in mind--I'm a bit biased   This is an eye, lip and cheek palette with two colors. All About Eve has a neutral pink for cheeks and lips and a taupey metallic platinum color for eyes. You definitely need a primer for the eye color but it's gorgeous and I love how it looks. The lip and cheek color is also very nice and natural and gives a polished look. On the lips the color is a bit drier so you may want to add a gloss if you have dry lips, but it looks very natural; it's not super drying. On the cheeks the drier texture of the product helps adhere it to cheeks so that it doesn't slide all over the place. (Swatches in comments.)    I like both of these products a lot! I hope this was helpful if you are considering either product
My beauty insider points and online account are not connected. How can I connect them?
I have a VIB card from store and I also have an online account, but they are not linked yet. Someone can help me with that?
I Tried  Guerlain Rouge G de Guerlain. I love the formula and color.
From yahoo:    "The set features deluxe size samples of MAKE UP FOR EVER's Smoky Extravagant mascara and Rouge Artist Natural lipstick in N9."     For the men: Sephora is offering its male Beauty Insiders a reason to celebrate with an exclusive gift from JACK BLACK. The deluxe-sized sample of JACK BLACK Performance Remedy™ Turbo Wash™ Energizing Cleanser for Hair & Body contains rosemary, eucalyptus and juniper berry for a refreshing sensory boost any time of day.

Which promo codes sucked you in right away this year? Any you regret not getting?   I literally made an order as soon as I saw the RougeSkin promo code for the 3 Algenist products. Too bad it was one time use only.    Also loved these ones: RougeDior --dior mini Montaigne eyeshadow quint (I use this one zoo much!) Lashlove-dior lash primer and mascara (loved the lower minimum spend required for 2 products. And the lash primer is my HG)   I regret not getting the promo that gave the 3 BareMinerals products (lipstick, cheek colour and something else)--I was trying to stay on a no buy!
