So this doesn't apply to sephora. But I keep trying to make an online order and they keep getting cancelled. I can't seem to figure it out, and the website's CS takes forever to reply to emails. I tried 3 different cards, and my billing address, card info is all correct. I think it may have something to do with my middle initial in my name. I put it correctly in the cardholder's portion but in the billing name and address there is nowhere to put a middle initial. Could this be messing up my orders? If anyone has any idea why this keeps happening, I would appreciate the advice. Thanks!

My most recent purchase finally qualified me for VIB. So I go in store to get a card it will be linked to my account with all my points right? I don't even have a Beauty Insider card, cause I had signed up online. So I just want to make sure I can get a card in store and it will still have all my info on it. Also when I get my card I can get the VIB welcome kit in store too right?

Hi All...I searched for a post that was specific to my needs, but couldn't find one, so here goes: My lips are super sensitive. Background info. When I was 21 I burnt them badly while in the Caribbean by putting vaseline on them in the sun (HELLO!) Needless to say they broke out in horrible bumps and were burned. I literally looked like a clown they were that swollen. To this day they are reactive to sun exposure anything minty (Yes,I use kids toothpaste!). I use aquaphor, cannot use blistex, chapstick w/ flavors etc. But, hey, my lips do get dry and flaky and I'd like to exfoliate..but am gun shy when it comes to anything that might irritate them...I've used a gentle toothbrush, but don't find this to be super effective. Any recs or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated! BTW~*Always* wear sunscreen on your lips....I swear by Shiseidos...found here at Sephora. Tx in advance! ~KAM
Hello there! So the other day I went to Sephora and decided to finally get a Beauty Insider account, and I got a card along with it. However, when I tried to get into my account through the Sephora app, it wouldn't work under my normal email. So I tapped in the code on my card, and I discovered that the email the account was under was an incorrectly spelled version of my normal email by one letter. I gained a lot of points from the purchase I made the visit I got the card, so I would appreciate it if someone could help me. Thank you!
I made a purchase in a Sephora store about 2 weeks ago, and still haven't gotten the BI points for it. I emailed customer service and never received a response. Is there anything else I can do to get my points?
Hey guys, I know this has been asked a DOZEN times, but I need help getting my points on my Beauty Insider. I signed up online 4/9/16 and made a recent purchase over the weekend in-store. After the cashier typed in my info 3 times and nothing turned up, She gave me the card and entered the same account info onto it. It's been two days and still nothing. Now I read here that the account and card need to be linked? Help is greatly appreciated ^^
so I ordered last Wednesday, April 19th. I got the confirmation email and I checked that the status says Sent to Warehouse but it has been 2 days and I haven't received the shipment email. Is anyone else having the same problem?
I placed 5 orders online and I received them in 5 boxes yesterday but 2 of them have missing items. I only received 1 Givenchy Le Rouge lip stick instead of 2. I tried to call customer service twice and was on hold for 50 minutes each time so I had to give up. I emailed them and no one responses either. What should I do now? Please advise.
I requalified for VIB during the 15% off rouge sale, however, when I asked in store they said it was online only and that I should expect an email with the discount within the next couple days. I haven't received anything yet. How do I deal with this to get my 10% off?
I thought that the email I am currently using was the one associated with my account but this currently says 0 beauty insider points and I have bought things already in store and know that I have points. I've very easily spent over $150 this year alone, but for some reason when I check my points online, it only reflects 130 points from a previous online purchase - none of my in store purchases are being reflected. Is there a way to link my beauty insider card with my email so I can receive my points?

Has anyone ordered and received the Aerin Mediterranean honeysuckle .3 oz EDP spray? I noticed the spray which is .3 oz is $15 while the rollerball EDP is .27 oz and $28.
