I just recently went completely nuts over this brand. Even though I'm a skincare fanatic, I never really paid attention to Caudalie products, well, because the brand is not as prominently advertised as others I suppose.. I'd love to know your favs (or HGs)! Here are mine:
And Sephora! Got this in the mail yesterday. I was excited enough that he just answered my question during that chat, definitely wasn't expecting a gift! I'm super psyched tho, I already had a small jar I grabbed in a pick 5 at SiJCP, now I got a full size! Now I just need to like, you know, try it out!! So cool!!
Not sure if this is allowed here, but since Sephora carrys many of their brands, and I'm not posting links I figure it should be ok! Do any of you ladies/gents participate? I've gotten a few home studies in the 2 or so years I've been on the site and quite a few informational studies! The comp. is hit or miss, with no rhyme or reason! One comp. I got was almost worth $400, and another $30!

I don't think I've ever spent my points since I became a Beauty Insider. I have more points that I'd like to admit, but I can't bring myself to spend them because of the "what if something better comes out" idea... Anyhow, do you guys save or spend your points? Anything you're saving up for or anything you've spent your points on that you'd like to share? Thanks for your thoughts! Sidenote: This is my first question so forgive me if I posted in the wrong section/this question was already asked!
I purchased some items from Sephora store yesterday and reached the annual amount to qualify VIB rouge. I have the VIB rouge card already, and my purchased items from yesterday do show up on my sephora.ca account, however it's still showing that I have VIB. Can you please help me change my sephora.ca account to VIB rouge? I would like to have free shipping on all my orders. Thank you very much. Julia
Best long wearing lip stain/stick? So far I've tried YSL, MAC, and most recently NARS Satin Lip Pencil. YSL is my favorite so far, and the least drying. I'm just wondering if there is something better out there.
I was in Sephora today and my cashier let me know that they will be updating their return policy. I don't know whether this is Canada-only and when it will take effect. Whenever the new policy takes effect, when you return items without a receipt you will have to do it as an exchange only. No more store credit. I asked her what happens if the sum of the items you are exchanging for does not match the original price of the item you are exchanging, and she said that it pretty much has to be a perfect straight exchange, otherwise its going to be our loss. So, either exchange for the same sum, or for something more expensive. I really don't understand Sephora's beef with their own gift cards (/store credit). If I'm getting store credit, of course I'm going to be spending that money on Sephora, whether it's going to be at that same moment, or in a week or two.
I love seeing other peoples empties! So I decided to make a board where people could post pictures of their empties, or just tell us about them! I'd also be interested in knowing whether you're repurchasing anything or not.
From yahoo: "The set features deluxe size samples of MAKE UP FOR EVER's Smoky Extravagant mascara and Rouge Artist Natural lipstick in N9." For the men: Sephora is offering its male Beauty Insiders a reason to celebrate with an exclusive gift from JACK BLACK. The deluxe-sized sample of JACK BLACK Performance Remedy™ Turbo Wash™ Energizing Cleanser for Hair & Body contains rosemary, eucalyptus and juniper berry for a refreshing sensory boost any time of day.
I did all my Christmas shopping for my friends and family during the 4x the points event. I was also on a low buy for the last two months ( 6 orders only in 2 months!) so needless to say I ended up wanting more and more things as the week long Surge promotion was on. And I kept seeing more things I could buy my friends and family as gifts. Needless to say I went from about 5400 points to 11398. Psince I am from Canada, the points were not updated correctly to reflect the difference in US and CAN prices.so I had made a spreadsheet that I tracked all my purchases to know what I was buying for whom so I could just gift wrap the box it's shipped in and to keep track of the points that would need to be added to my account. So I sent in emails with the spreadsheet on 3 days to show the missing points for purchases made Augb4,5,6. It took a long time to get a response back and when I finally got a response back about purchases made on Aug 4, they did not multiply by 4 since I was Rouge. This was quickly rectified when I called the Rouge line. Then I still had not received a response about my email about purchases made on aug 5. I did get an email about purchases made on Aug 6 but it was again wrong. When I called the Rouge line again, she wasn't as helpful and questioned why I had made soo many orders. I told her they were mostly Christmas gifts and she asked if they were going to different addresses. I said no, I'm going to mail them myself..it's August, I'm NOT going to be sending out Christmas gifts right now. also, the whole point of customer appreciation week or month and the 4x the points promotion was to encourage spending! On top of all of the things that went in and out of the sale section that made us have to stalk the sale page. Anyways, I told her I had all the order numbers and the price difference and would gladly walk through each one with her but she said she would look it up herself and email me back no later than last night. Well, that call was made at noonish yesterday and by noon today I still did not get a reply back. In total, I needed 591 points updated for purchases made Aug 4,5,6,7,10. When I called the Rouge line today, the representative told me he'd be happy to apply my points but when he went to apply them he said he couldn't because I had too many points. He said I would need to spend points before he would add the 591 points. I said that I was saving for a high point perk for next year and he just kept telling me to use 500 pts on the Hourglass point perk even though I said the only Hourglass product I use was the powders and the blush. So he said he would make a note that once I spend points, then the missing points would be added. Ii have never heard of there being a limit as to how many points we can have in our account... And it seems counter intuitive since sephora encourages us to save points for the 10k and 5 k perks. My daughter was disappointed that we missed out on the 5 k rewards this time since we didn't get an email until 11:55 am and all the good rewards were already gone. We're hoping to be luckier next year and get a trip or one of the other high point rewards. So, can a mod or someone please let me know if there is a limit. I don't like how Canadians are always having one problem after another with sephora. I took my time to email and call multiple times and get no response or the weirdest response ever. Thank you
I received an email for the Argon illuminator saying that my recent purchase was added to "My Beauty Bag" and asking if I wanted to review it. I went to review it right away and my review showed up however the illuminator isn't in recent purchases nor are the points for it showing up. Is there an amount of time we have to wait?
Don't want to post third-party links, but the Globe and Mail reports that Muji will be launching in Canada mid-December with a standalone store somewhere in the vicinity of the Eaton Centre. As someone who lives in a tiny-ish condo, I am so excited to finally be able to pick up nifty storage for all my pretties without having to rely on ebay. (The article also reports we're getting a Uniqlo soon. Which I'm just as excited about!)
Throughout my teenage years i had horrible pimples and acne, now that i am finally over that stage i am stuck with the annoying acne/dark spots on my face. Does anyone know a product at Sephora or somewhere else in Canada that i can use to help get rid of them? I want something that actually works not just a waste of money.
Have you seen this box on the Weekly Specials page of the website? I just noticed that it says Online AND In Stores for the 3 samples. I can't even remember the last time I got 3 foil packet samples after making a purchase in a store. Let alone getting to pick them like we can online. http://www.sephora.com/contentStore/mediaContentTe mplate.jsp?mediaId=11000020&icid2=HomePage_QuickLi ...
