How do I add my Beauty Insider Card and the points to my account, and add the points from a receipt to the account too? 

 

Hey, so i signed up to be a beauty insider, but all i gave was my email, because i did not want to have the beauty insider card shipped to me, and i was believe that was one of the options during the registration process online. I was wondering, in order to get my birthday present, do i need to have the card? Or like, do i just go up the the employee and ask her for my present? If so, do i just tell her my email? Im confused please help! Its much appreciated! Thanks

I'm about to checkout with my shopping cart and I realized that I don't know how to link my Beauty Insider with my online account. I want to be able to gain points from my purchase. Anyone know how?

 

I just qualified for VIB and the site was congratulating me on being a VIB member and I was moving to the forums to check out the VIB section and now it says I only have 487 points again (I had just made a purchase to 505 points) and that I'm still a beauty insider. Help?? Plus I added the VIB welcome package to the order I just made so am I still going to get it? I'm so confused.

Buxom Glow and Tell!  I loved the last Buxom set, can't get this one though.  Love their mascaras, I love their lumizer (wearing it today actually), haven't tried the included shade of gloss and I'm not familiar with their bronzers.   Certainly beats out the Chloe one!

OMG!!! Well I was browsing the sephora page and noticed a small picture of the 2013 Birthday Gift. Its from Benefit Cosmetics!!!!!!!!!! A mini They Are Real Mascara and a mini Whats Up highlighter... OMG!!! What a great gift!! My birthday is on October so Im gonna have to wait ten months to get it, but wowww.... They Are Real is my favorite mascara and Ive read some good reviews about the Whats Up so Im excited.....!!!! Is anyones birthday coming up? If any of you get it please let us know!!! Im dying to see it!!! Of all the birthday gifts this one is the best so far!!! The sugar lip duo was really good but it lasted less than a week, one broke the second time I used it and the other one melted and was never used. WOW Im really excited about this one.

I just got the Mother's Day booklet in the mail today!  I especially love getting these when the "pick one of these deluxe samples" on the back page doesn't require a makeover or lesson to pick one.  I chose the Boscia Green Tea Blotting Linens - they're $10 in the check-out line so that's a great freebie!   I take issue with the manager at the location I went to though.  She really did not want to give me a freebie!  I handed an SA the brochure and the manager zoomed right over to read it.  After a couple minutes of her scouring the fine print I asked if there was a problem.  She said she was looking for the start date.  I told her those are always "until supplies last" and she continued re-reading the thing anyway.  After a couple more minutes she sighed, handed the brochure back to the SA, and told her "she could try and see if it works."  WTH?

I bought a few things recently at Sephora and they are not showing in my purchase history. I think I was given a new card recently, could this be the issue?

I got a beauty insider card about 4 or 5 years ago and i can't figure out what email address it is connected to, so i can't get points when i shop online! Does anyone know how to find this out? Any help would be much appreciated! 

I just noticed there are new 250 and 500 pt perks.     The 250 perk is a iPhone 4 or 5 cell phone case...I dont own a iPhone...   The 500 is a Chloe perk, a perfume and a bracelet...doesnt seem worth redemming 500 pts for...   What do you guys think?  I like a 500 pt perk that has a few items to try, oh please come out with a Nars perk and let me catch it in time.

I've had an account for years now but haven't done much online shopping in a while.  I just received my BI birthday card and would love to redeem it but I can't log on to my account.  I had to make a new one just to ask this question.  Is there anyway I can find out my information online as well as link that old account to the one I just made so that I only have one account from now on with an email I can remember?   Thank you!

My account says I need to spend 34 more dollars to be upgraded to VIB, but a while back I forgot to show my beauty insider card. The points were added, but not to my total amount left for VIB status. I have spent over 200 dollars at sephora and i don't see any sign of points on my beauty insider account? I looked under "beauty help" and it said that when you sign in, your points should be on the black strip that says beauty insider. But i looked and there is no number.

I am male-born, so I got the shaving cream. I didn't exactly realize it until I left the store. I got the email about the Benefit highlighter and mascara, and when I realized I got the shaving cream, I was like "Well, this stinks...".... I didn't open it, and it says Sephora Beauty Insider on the tube. If I bring it back to the store tomorrow, would they exchange it for me? If so, will they just do it straight out? Will I need my ID and card again? If not, why won't they? - The shaving cream is UNOPENED. - It does state it is the Birthday Gift. So, I don't see why not, but I want to make sure. I got like one hour a day in NYC each work day, so I want to know if it is worth the walk or not. :/
