Vib member help

So with the sale coming up, I am a vib member. I have the card but it doesn't match with my online thing. It says I have 60 points when I have welll over 500 because I haven't spent them. I find this really inconvenient because how am I going to have the card, but my information isn't right / doesn't come up. Please help with this. And also, didn't get a chance to get my birthday gift and it was in march. Thank you.
