Point perks! Birthday gifts, BORED!

Okay, so is it just me or are ther people kinda dissapointed with the point perks? I wait and wait till there is something good for me to get with my hard earned perks, but nthing usually comes along! They need to have rewards people are interested in! Some cool products. I also think that the birthday gifts are sometimes a little boring at times. The sugar lip balms were nice, but i was hoping for something....... more BAM.....i guess. I loved the philosophy body wash, but that is because i love philosophy. We need to have a short listof 3 or 4 things..... Interesting things.... to pick from for our birthday gifts. And for our point perks we should be able to pick what we want from the sight, but within a price limit, of course. The whole back to mac thing they have at MAC cosmetics is really fun. YOu buy stuff and go get to exchange a for another item. thats fun, and saves the planet. I wish they would bring something like this to sephora as well. Anybody else got some cool ideas like this? and agree about the point perks and presents?

Yeah, alot of people don't likethe philosophy brand, but i like it. I like skincare, and I was interested in the clinique 3 step system as one of the 100 point perks, but they only have levels 1 and 2!  And I am not either of those. So, the varitey that they have..... I dont love. Everything on there is for skincare, yes its good for some. But sephora needs to add some varitey. Add some cosmetics,fragrance,hair,bath and body, and skin care. Not just hair, or skincare. and yes the value of some of these products arent at the right value for your money spent. The brands are great, the new website is very good, but they need to spend some time on these types of things as well.

Oh, I forgot. Yes! they used to have really nice point perks. Like I would love to get a mini dior lipstick. MY mom got a set of lipglosses one time, and they were really nice. I wish they would still offer stuff like that, stuff with value to what we spent to get our point perks.

I hated the Philosophy Bath Gel...but I hate Philosophy in general and cant wait to get my fresh lipbalm set...but my birthday isnt until September.

The last 500point perk sets I remember being offered to me is some Tarte set and a Buxom set and I passed on both. I would rather have 1 item of my choosing thats 20 bucks or under for my 500 point perk that having random "kits" offered to me. I remember once being offered this super small OPI kit that had a set of really tiny polishes...those same sets are at TJ Maxx or Marshalls for 10 bucks or less so no thanks.

I have over 800 points right now...I have redeemed a 500 point perk at least 4 or 5 times by now but have never been really happy with it. I used to always get great 100 pt perks but the last couple of years have been very shady. I remember when a Dior Addict mini Lipstick was offered to me as a 100 pt perk and now thats my favorite lipstick and I have bought a full sized one many many times.
