No beauty bank points?

I signed up in store a long, long time ago, and I just created an online account. I'm pretty sure I used the same email, but it's not showing that I have any points. Is there a way to find out which email address I used originally? I know I have at least 500 points saved up. ![]()

I'm having the same issues. I reported the issues before. Customer service said they would fix it for me. But they did not.

Points for purchases can take anywhere from 24 hours to a couple of days for the proper amount to reflect in your beauty bank. Give it about 48 hours and if you don't see a change, contact a Mod directly on here to have them look into it. Also, since this thread was back in early 2012, try to reference the answers and responses from similar threads to find an answer or post directly to the customer service thread or reach out to a Mod directly for better assistance rather than surfacing dead/older threads.

I'm having the same issue. I'm new to this, and about a month ago I signed up in the store with my first purchase. The same day I created an account online with the email address I gave in the store and the points I should have had didn't show up.

i actually know i have two beatuy insider cards bur i used the same email. can i get them both to link up becasue i know i have over 400 points.

I'm having the same problem too where the accounts aren't linked. I signed up for a Beauty Insider account in-store last year then made an online account later on, but when I log in online it never reflects the points I actually have. If this could be fixed I'd really appreciate it!

Hi, I'm also having the same problem. When I'm in store, they're always able to check it for me but I can't seem to view my point balance online. I always have zero. Will you be able to help me out as well?

Do you think you can help me too?
I recently got a Beauty Insider Card in store about two weeks ago, and signed up online the same day. Online it says I have 0 points though I purchased something this weekend and the cashier said I had 20 points. Also, the purchase history is blank. Help please? Thanks!
