No beauty bank points?

I signed up in store a long, long time ago, and I just created an online account. I'm pretty sure I used the same email, but it's not showing that I have any points. Is there a way to find out which email address I used originally? I know I have at least 500 points saved up.

I have the same problem.  When I go into the store they can see my points there and they have my email address, but online i'm always showing a zero.

I am just made an online account today but have been a Beauty Insider for a while this year and my points are zero as well. Can anyone help me fix this problem? Thank you in advance!

Im having the same problem as well. Everytime I log in to my account, my points keep showing up as zero when I have around 100 points. I also checked my purchase history and it is blank. Please fix!

I noticed I have the same problem.
When I get emails telling me about how many points I have and how I should spend them; the points are correct.

However.. online and in store they are wrong..

They don't add up even according to my purchase history.

Im having the same problem ...  im not sure if my account is connected correctly to my online account. Because I've spent quite a lot of money in store but do not see my points online, but always want to order online! So frustrating...

I'm in the same situation. I just signed up online but have been using my beauty insider card for some time. If I can link my card with my email and see my points balance online that'd be great!! Thanks

@Antoine If you would like a Beauty Insider card, next time you are in one of our stores let a Cast Member know and they can link one to your account
