My points are showing, HELPP

So I would love to purchase a few stuff online Ive only bought in store but I wanted to purchase online, since Ive had the beauty insider card I haven't registered online so I did today first thing first is seeing how many points I have, apparently it shows I have zero. I know I have points its a few but like I need help why aren't my points showing, I tought it would have asked for the barcode number of the beauty insder card can someone please help im trying to get more points if i do purchase online.
