Merging 2 separate Beauty Insider accounts?

Is it possible to merge two accounts together? I made a new beauty insider account a while back because I forgot about my old one, but after finding it again, my older account is the one I am permanently using. Is there any way to do this? Thank you very much!

I would also like some help with merging my in-store BI account with my online one, as my online one shows that I have zero BI points.
