How do I receive a Beauty Insider Card?

So I was told how to receive a Happy Birthday gift from Sephora, but I was told I need a Beauty Insider card. How do I get a BIC( Beauty Insider Card)?

Happy Birthday. If there is a Sephora near you, just go in and go up to any employee and let them know you would like to sign up for Beauty Insider. It's quick, easy and free. All you need is a valid email address. If you like you can also sign up on line. Hope this helps and enjoy your free gift.
