I would like a physical beauty insider card, but I registered online. So how can I get one? Do I need to pick up in store or are you going to ship it to me

They told me that it should arrive in the mail.

There's a "virtual card" available on the app that store associates can scan at checkout.  Hope this helps!

Regretfully, we're slowly phasing out physical cards for all tiers and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Although, I do suggest contacting your local Sephora store directly to see if they have any available that they can provide you with. I hope this helps. 🙂
