I love seeing other peoples empties! So I decided to make a board where people could post pictures of their empties, or just tell us about them! I'd also be interested in knowing whether you're repurchasing anything or not.
Whoops, better late than never.
* I buy these in bulk (with the exception of the Sephora eye mask), so I love them all.
* Assured cotton rounds from the dollar store. Can't beat the price!
* KvD concealer samples. Cakey and awful on me!
* Charlotte Tilbury lipstick sample in Electric Poppy. It's a near perfect dupe for CT Amazing Grace, so what's the point of having both?
* Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta original peels. They're so expensive, so I'll try some others, but I'd really like to repurchase these.
* Glossier skin tint. My ride or die, and I've repurchased it several times. I'm trying a Dior cushion foundation now, but I'll be going back to this once that's finished.
* PTR 24k gold eye masks. Are these the first eye masks I like?! Pricy, but effective, and I've repurchased.
* Collagen Jelly Pack. Ick, I hated the sticky, filmy texture. I tried it a few times, but I need to get this the heck out of my house, I find it so gross.
* MAC lipstick in Runaway Hit. This cakes up so grossly on me for some reason, a problem I've never had with other MAC lipsticks. At least this was a freebie from Back to MAC.
* Nars Audacious mascara. I can't deal with this wand.
Special Don't Hoard Your Stuff Category:
I got a nice DS tube of Kiehl's Micro-Blur Skin Perfector two years ago as a GWP and put it aside until I finished some other foundations and primers. But it took so long to get through my other stuff that this went rancid in the meanwhile.
I hear you on Dr. Dennis Gross peels. I keep trying other things, but inevitably I go back. I try to wait and buy them when there is a really good discount or GWP and love that some sites through in a smaller pack as a bonus.
Re: Empties[ Edited ]
Yay for my first empties post! I'm usually too lazy to keep all my empties and toss them as soon as I finish, but I still have these! I got lucky, these are all likes/loves!
Mario: This was nice and I like the smell. It didn't dry out my skin and the price is friendly. I'm so excited to finally have finished this since I've had it for almost 2 years! I use it to tone after I've washed my face and it helps remove the extra makeup by my hair line. I use it to clean my neck as well.
Clinique eye cream: this is lovely. I don't have much experience with eye creams but it definitely makes the area feel more moisturized. It doesn't help with the dark eye area like it claims, but most eye products people swear by haven't worked for me, so I have no complaints.
Lalicious: OMG i love this!!! I wasn't expecting much but it works amazingly! It makes my skin very smooth and this specific smell is heavenly. I love how refreshing the lemon scent is. I just wish this stuff wasnt so dang expensive!
Not pictured-Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet: I love this also! It made my skin so supple and soft and not greasy at all. I didn't have any dry patches from using this and it didn't make me break out or anything! The only negative is I wish i didn't have a scent, but luckily it's not cloying. The sample (.33oz) lasted me a few weeks. It rocks! Idt I would buy it since there are cheaper moisturizers that have similar effects for me, but if it's ever a GWP, I'll definitely redeem it.
Only on BT would someone call themselves lazy for throwing away their trash😄
I've never heard of Lalicious but will be looking them up in a moment. It'll be a long while before I buy more body lotion but they're now on my radar. Thanks!
Haha, perhaps BT warps my reality sometimes
I'd never heard of the brand before either, but I wanted a new body scrub and took a chance. I definitely love it. I've tried a few of their scents now and the lemon is definitely my favorite. @heartsmyface
Did you get that during the crazy People shop sale? That's when I got my Lalicious. I just used a big tub up (I think it was vanilla coconut) and now will be using my smaller tubs.

Dr Hart Water Drop Moisturizer- wasn't hydrating enough, I used it up as chest moisturizer
Benefit Posie Balm- this feels nice and hydrates but the scent is a strong floral scent that I could taste

-Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream (This is a nice cream, but a bit too heavily perfumed for me.)
-TonyMoly I'm Real Orange Sheet Mask (I buy TonyMoly masks often, but this was my first time trying the orange.)

-Garnier Moisture Bomb Super Hydrating Mask Soothing.
I love Tony Moly masks! I just went to their free standing store the other day and grabbed a bunch. My friend also gifted me that Thayers toner a few years ago. Although I have toners that work a little bit better for me, I still enjoyed it. (:
Another decent month! Got through 42 empties in April...a little short once again of my goal of 50 empties a month. My YTD total now is 156 so I'm feeling very satisfied either way!
Bumble & Bumble Surf Foam Spray Blow Dry - so great for volume. This is one of the only products I've found that helps me actually get "beachy waves." Bought a full size bottle already
Tarte Brighter Days Highlighting Moisturizer - I'm obsessed with illuminating moisturizers, this one is awesome and is my favorite that I've tried. Really gives a good base glow - it's not subtle, which I love, but isn't for everyone. I also thought it was really moisturizing
Bliss Fabulous Makeup Melt - really liked the gel to oil consistency, great for a first step face wash - really gets almost everything off
Kat Von D Tattoo Liner - a staple for me
Glamglow Glow Starter - really liked this illuminating moisturizer too! Slightly more subtle than the Tarte one. I thought it was slightly less moisturizing than the Tarte as well - I still would consider buying this in the future (although I'm not crazy about the price point lol)
Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara - another staple for me
Dionis Hand creams in Vanilla Bean and Ocean Breeze - staple hand creams. I loved the Vanilla Bean scent, and the Ocean Breeze was nice too.

Clinique High Impact mascara - did nothing for me - saw almost no difference even with multiple coats
Sorry the High Impact mascara didn't work for you. It's one of my favorites.
If I was still young, I'd like the Tarte Highlighting Moisturizer. I tested a little bit on the back of my hand at a store and was like "wow that glittery!"
I'm not subtle when it comes to highlighters, so the Tarte is right up my alley! I saw a lot of negative reviews when it came out and was hesitant to try. I'm glad I got a sample. I just love a really shiny, glowy base underneath my foundation - but I understand that's not something that most people go for!
Seeing your empties and other posts like it are really motivating for me to use up what I already have, especially in foils and DS! I'm trying to really bring down the stash I have to what I really love in full size and using up the samples is really helping me find what those loves really are!
