I love seeing other peoples empties! So I decided to make a board where people could post pictures of their empties, or just tell us about them! I'd also be interested in knowing whether you're repurchasing anything or not.
Thanks @curlychiquita! Getting them organized was an eye-opener for me. But now that actually finding what I want isn’t a daunting trip through the seven circles of hell, experimenting with my samples is pretty fun.
Caudalie VineActiv Glow Activating Anti-Wrinkle Serum - This is my current morning serum. I think this was my 2nd bottle and I had a backup ready to go. It absorbs great into the skin, it helps with evening the skin tone. I love it!
Here's some cumulative empties!! lots of good stuff here!
LOVED:
-Elizabeth and James Nirvana White Dry Shampoo
-Philosophy Purity
-Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face Cream
-Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer (OMG I will no longer knock drugstore products. This is better than 90% of highend bronzers I have used.)
-Lorac Porefection Face Powder
-Korres Greek Yogurt Foaming Cream Cleanser (LOOOOVEEEEE)
-Chanel LE Volume De Chanel Mascara (nothing compares. Amazing.)
-Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion Ultra Longwear Concealer (The hype on this one is real. Way better than any of my other tube concealers for the under-eye. I will repurchase as soon as I work through my concealer stash!)
-Hourglass Mineral Veil Face Primer
Everything else was good and I enjoyed using it. The one thing I won't repurchase or recommend is the Bath and Body Works Sand and Sea Salt Scrub (what a mess in my shower - it is legit sand and I was worried it would ruin my drain! haha)
It’s really hard for me to keep empties for very long. so here’s a little bundle of things I tried recently.
I actually enjoyed using just about everything- the only iffy one was the PTR Potent-C. I’m not sure how I feel about this- I don’t feel there was enough product to try and really test out.
I liked the end result with the eye packs- just didn’t like how both kinds had a hard time staying put.
April results!
April Empties
That’s a lot of masks- they look so fun!! I just got addicted to these myself! @MoniDJ 😍
Holy moly, you’ve been busy!! Look at all those masks!! @heartsmyface 🤗😍
My travel empties:
Some recent empties!
I really love the origins body butter, fresh soy cleanser, fresh sugar in petal, and CG lash blast mascara. All are staples for me.
I like, but have since found better replacements for the Dr. Jart BB and Caudalie Vinosource serum. I liked the Pep Rally, and will consider getting a full size to try it longer.
The Origins checks and balances cleanser (the DS) is no-go for me. Not pictured is a DS of drybar triple sec, which I didn't really see the point of. I wasn't sure how it differed from dry shampoo, and I didn't love the fragrance.
