I love seeing other peoples empties! So I decided to make a board where people could post pictures of their empties, or just tell us about them! I'd also be interested in knowing whether you're repurchasing anything or not.

We have a couple of Skin Food Stores in the Bay Area.

So I did some makeup cleanup and didn't take a picture of all but let me tell you about these products here from left to right.

The tarte eyeliner was very thin, I did like it, it was perfect for tight lining. The purple eyeliner wasn't very well pigmented, definite pass. kvd mascara.. i liked it at the start but then it got to be as bothersome as the benefit they're real mascara. the ud liquid liner.. i liked the tip but not the formula, felt too runny for me. blinc mascara made my eyes water, i did give it a couple of tries, including the other day wearing just that to test it out again.. and yes, definitely something in the mascara that my eyes can't stand.

What brand is the purple eyeliner? Is it Styli-Style?

I disliked the Blinc mascara too. I have another formula of their's to try, however, the first one made my eyes itchy too, so I'm not looking forward to it.

It's NYC, I bought it cause it was cheap but, sometimes you get hits, sometimes you get oh nos.. this was definitely and oh no. It does show some color, but I dont want to puncture my skin to get some deep color like the one seen.

I don't really have much to photograph, but I have TONS of empties. For one, I have my Lights, Camera, Splashes mascara from Tarte (I love it!), I also have the Neutrogena face cleansers, in both hydrating and foaming. Along with that, my Neutrogena blackhead eliminating daily scrub, same with my Nivea Lip Butter, Smith's Minted Rose lip balm, and Smith's Rosebud salve.

I don't have any makeup empties to photograph, but these are my empty YCs for the month so far.  I had a collection of over 200 large jars (I even worked for the company back in 2010 to get the employee discount after my 9-5 job) but I alternated jars so much that I never finished the jars.  Then I had two kids, and I don't like to burn when they are babies.  Now I'm trying to burn through my megastash so that I have some room in the bathroom closet and the boys' bedroom closets.  My goal is to fit them all on the candle bookshelf by December, and burn through those within 2 years.  I've developed a love for Front Porch Candle Company tarts and I just want all these candles gone! 😛

After this space gets filled I remove the wax then recycle the containers.

I'm working on getting through my candles (many Yankees) too!  How do you get the wax out once you've burned them down?

Pop the jars in the freezer for an hour. The wax will fall right out if you gently tap the jar on the counter! Cleanest and easiest way!

Gentle is the key word, I've seen glass shatter after coming from a cold freezer.

Wow sorry I didn't see this... It's an alright deodorant. It just dries out sooo fast and starts crumbling half used. It also stains my clothing.

I have been using the Lemon one since May (and I walk around in Florida heat btw). I put it on when I'm out of the shower so that more applies, when I put it on dry skin it doesn't activate as much.

i tried the lavanilla deodorant too...its still sitting mostly unused in my bathroom because it SUCKS!!!  it didn't do a dang thing and left me smelly 😞 i don't wanna be smelly!!!

Wow.  Great emptying.  I am finally going to try the Better than Sex mascara soon.  I've put it off long enough.

Yes! Try it. I got the deluxe in the Lash Stash Set a while back and it's very voluminous and doesn't clump. I've got other mascaras in rotation at the moment but I really miss it. I'm waiting to use up some others to open my full size.

You didn't like the Algenist eye balm? I just got a small pot/exceedingly generous sample, and I have to say, I'm impressed with its ability to nuke signs of tiredness on a long haul flight, so am thinking of purchasing. I've also thought a lot about getting the DDG Clinical Concentrate Booster, but now you're not repurchasing I'm wondering is it any good? I'd really welcome your feedback - thanks! 🙂
