Beauty Insider Points

Hi! Two days ago I created an Beauty Insider account in store, and later that night I created an online account using the email I gave the cast member in store. I'm worried I may have given the wrong email or it was typed wrong or something, because my points from that purchase have not appeared on my account. I'm new to Beauty Insider, so does it generally take more than 2 days for them to appear? I want to make another purchase online, but want to do so using the right account/email so all my points are together.

Hi! I have the same issue! I have a BeautyInSider card that I received in store and I want to purchase some items online to collect more rewards but my account online says I have no points (in store they said I did)
