A Message to our Clients about Epic Rewards

 

Sephora is committed to offering our valued Beauty Insiders exceptional rewards to thank them for their loyalty and for being part of our community.  Yesterday we held an Epic Rewards promotion, and while we have held similar promotions in the past, yesterday’s promotion was the largest number of Epic Rewards we have made available to date.

 

Despite our best efforts to predict the response, demand was overwhelming, resulting in our being out of stock very quickly. We deeply regret this and apologize to our Beauty Insider clients who did not get a chance to participate.  

 

At Sephora our first and foremost priority is to give our clients an exciting and fulfilling shopping experience.  Those Beauty Insiders who were unable to get one of our limited quantity Epic Rewards, please email us by Tuesday, August 25, 2015, to epicrewards@sephora.com and include your Beauty Insider account number or email address associated with your account. 

 

Beyond that, please know that we are committed to learning from this experience. Thank you for your ongoing support. We greatly appreciate you.

Dear Sephora, 

 

I really appreciate the $50 credit!!! & I'm sorry for thinking such mean thoughts about you lately 🙂 You royally screwed up the epic rewards, but today you've redeemed yourself. 

 

I still wish I'd been able to score one of those rewards,  but a $50 credit?! That's way far above and beyond what I thought Sephora would do to remedy this.

I don't have an email yet -- and CS is kind of meh about it.

Kinda going crazy.

 

I hear that if you had 1000 points as of 8/10 you will get the credit.

 

Patiently waiting for the epic reward!

Wow! ...  I still don't feel like Sephora did anything wrong... but I'm extremely grateful for the merchandise credit offer and I definitely feel appreciated 🙂

So it seems like a lot of people are getting $50 from Sephora.  That is a pretty generous amount.  Congrats to all!  I was wondering if anyone else only got 250 points added and no cash value?  I let them know I was disappointed, but I didn't want to sound too angry over it.

I only got the 250 points also, in addition to an insulting email that stated I didn't have enough points at the time of the Epic Rewards, which is false.  I have less than 1,000 now because I spent them last week!

Thank you so much for the credit. I really appreciate the letter and the way you chose to handle this. A lot of companies would have lost out on loyal customers, but you showed us that you really do care and listen to our frustrations. If anyone talks to me about sephora, I'll definitely tell them of my positive experiences w/the company.

I just checked my email and got the $50 gift… so stoked!! I was expecting maybe some points… definitely not a gift of $50. Thank you Sephora !

Thanks Sephora! I finally got a YSL lipstick with this credit and an Hourglass mascara. I never had the guts to blow $36 on a lipstick before but since I am not paying for it.... 🙂
